Description of items and specification of work to be excuted.

Making the area workable by clearing weeds including removal of vegetation, grass, shrubs, bushes and disposal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, lift upto 1.50 m, including getting out the excavated soil directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kind of soil as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Levelling & dressing the undulated area with avg. cutting and spreading depth of 0.30 to 0.45mavg. by cutting/digging the surplus earth & Spreading in the low laying area by compacting and using the water & disposal of Surplus earth/ boulder out side the working area with lead up to 100 mtr by head load etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement : 4 coarse sand with less than 8% clay content : 8 stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size) in foundation of boundary wall including ramming, compacting, and curing etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry of boundary wall with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand with less than 8% clay content) using red sand stone as per matching the monument in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand with less than 8% clay content : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position in cement concrete DPC on ground level of boundary wall in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 C.Sand with less than 8% clay content : 4 Stone aggregate) nominal size 20mm including ramming, compacting, and curing etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry of boundary wall with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand with less than 8% clay content) in superstructure using red sand stone as per matching the monument including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand with less than 8% clay content : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 1½ :3 (1cement : 1½ coarse sand with less than 8% clay content : 3 stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) in coping with matching pigment with red sand stone colour and for fixing of MS grill panel in concrete block (size 0.20 x 0.20 x 0.30mtr) including ramming, compacting, and curing etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 70 to 75 mm thick avg Bansi Pahadpur flag stone matching to original over 20mm thick base 1:4 Cement Mortar (1Cement : 4Coarse Sand) including cutting, chiselling moulding and fixing etc complete as per the directions provided by engineer-in-charge. (Note-The sample of flag stone will be approved by circle office before execution of the work)

Supply and fixing of MS grill fencing with 2 vertical angle ISELA 50x50x6mm of length 1.30m with horizontal angle of 50x50x6mm welded at the bottom of length 0.20m and MS angle 40x40x6mm horizontal support in top & bottom of length 1.50m of the frame & 10mm square bar placed vertically at a distance of 100mm c/c and fixed together by nut bolt including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc complete as per design/drawing attached. (Panel size 1.50 x 1.30 mtr)

Recess pointing with 1:3 cement mortar (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and colour pigment for matching the original surface etc complete.

Supply and fixing of MS Gates (Iron Swing Gate and Turn Style Gate) with M.S. Post, MS Angles, M.S. Square Bars of required size by nut bolt including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc complete as per design/drawing attached. (gate size 3.00 x 3.00 mtr)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) on MS structure at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including preparation of surface, etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Providing water tanker 5000 ltr capacity for masonry work and water curing purpose.

Disposal of unwanted waste material / malba received from the site during the work (after stacking and measuring) by manual/mechanical transportation upto lead of 3 km from working site for site clearance and good appearance etc complete, area to be specified by engineer-in-charge. (Note - It is for estimate purpose only actual qty. will be measured and recorded during execution of the work)
