Supply and fix LED adore lamp 5Watts, min 500 lumen with B22 base cap, WW 3 star lamp, 6500K all as per Cat No.LHLDEUEEMK8R005 of Havells or techno-commercially equivalent of other specified makes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix, test and commissioning of Exhaust fan, steel body, AC single Phase. 230V of size 230mm sweep with blades, frame and louvers including provision of flexible copper cord of size 23/0.0076 of required length from ceiling rose or connector to exhaust fan in flexible hose etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 30W LED endura city lite platinum energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED security light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power led as lighting source and lens embedded acrylic cover as diffuser, IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with electronic driver and built-in surge protection all as per Cat No.ENDURACITYLITEPLATPLUSSL30WLED757SASYBOPC of Havells or techno-commercially equivalent of other specified makes including all fixing arrangement suitable for operating voltage 100 to 270 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricate and installation of GI pipe bracket made out of medium grade GI tubing of 40mm bore of length 1.50metre bent to shape 120 degree by hot forgoing after filling of sand and fixed on pole / wall with 2 Nos of MS clamps made out 25 x 4mm Flat Iron including bolts, nuts and washers etc., with one coat of red oxide & two coat of silver metallic paint complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Drilling trial bore well vertically by using high speed reverse rotary fast rig machinery or any other approved method of size 150mm dia through any type of soil/rock strata such as hard/ dense soil, soft /loose soil, sandy clay, red clay, moorum, weathered rock, hard rock, slightly fracturered rock, pebbled rock or any other geological formation at given location by ground water survey experts all as per IS-2800 for a depth not exceeding 150m below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Developing/drilling/reaming of bore well drilled under Sl Item No.13 above here-in-before for enlargement of dia of bore hole of 150mm dia to 250mm dia vertically by using high speed reverse rotary fast rig machinery or any other approved method through any type of soil/rock strata such as hard/ dense soil, soft /loose soil, sandy clay, red clay, moorum, weathered rock, hard rock, slightly fracturered rock, pebbled rock or any other geological formation at given location by ground water survey experts all as per IS-2800 for a depth not exceeding 150m below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for item No.19 & 20 (a) The quantity is for four locations near Nagzeera pump house (b) The quantities of the items shall vary based on the success of the bore well in a particular location. Please refer Special Condition on tubing here-in-after (c) The unit rate quoted is deemed to include for collection of soil samples and strata, removal of mud and slurry from the site, hire charges of rig, tools and plants, machinery, fuel charges, labour, consumables, transportation, drilling and operation including use and waster of all necessary appliances and materials in complete all respects to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) ERW/MS/GI pipe, MS cap and PCC as required shall be measured and paid separately (e) The hydro geological investigation by CGWB is available in the office of GE Belgaum. The tenderer shall refer the same before quoting for the items.

Developing and flushing the bore well with high pressure compressed air and thereafter by pumping muddy water with 25% extra capacity pump till clear water flows out complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note :- Developing period shall be minimum of 24 hrs per bore well or till clear water flows whichever is later.

Supply, lowering and fixing of GI casing pipes into bore holes, GI plain pipe, medium grade of dia 150mm bore, heavy duty, 6kg/sqcm pressure rating, ISI marked in length of 3 to 6m, complete including jointing of casing pipe suitable for retaining water without filter pack, to secure the pipes firmly in position conforming to IS specifications including all tools and plant and equipment required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, lowering and fixing of GI casing pipes into bore holes, GI ribbed, screen slotted type pipe, medium grade of dia 150mm bore, heavy duty, 6kg/sqcm pressure rating, ISI marked in length of 3 to 6m, complete including jointing of casing pipe suitable for retaining water without filter pack, to secure the pipes firmly in position conforming to IS specifications including all tools and plant and equipment required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lowering into GI casing of bore well, column pipe of High Density Polymer Ethyl pipe of size 75mm bore dia, PN-8 (SDR-17) with ISI marked (IS:14930-2001) to connect from submersible pump to ground level of bore well complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and providing of gravel packing of suitable grade in the annular space between casing pipe and true bore hole, fine aquifers, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Conducting of electro logging test for water bearing zone identification including all tools and equipment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Verticality test to test the verticality of the bore well as per IS-2800 (latest edition) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Yield test of bore well (V-notch type) continuously for 08 hours in the presence of department representative nominated by Accepting Officer and submitting the test report including all equipment and consumable etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Getting of water samples of bore well tested (chemical and bacteriological analysis) by any NABL accredited labs including collection of samples from various bore well in clean sterilized bottles, transportation and collection and submission of report in triplicate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix well cap cover made out of 6mm thick mild steel sheet suitable for casing pipe of bore well in two half sections duly hinged with locking and fixing arrangement, nuts and bolt with accessibility of pump delivery pipe, steel surface, duly prepared and coated with two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix well cap cover made out of 6mm thick mild steel sheet suitable for casing pipe of bore well in two half sections duly hinged with locking and fixing arrangement, nuts and bolt with accessibility of pump delivery pipe, steel surface, duly prepared and coated with two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix lifting /housing clamp for housing pipe, set of two, with mild steel of section 100mm x 20mm, 900mm long each bent to shape, held together with suitable bolts and buts, mild steel surface duly prepared and coated with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, for holding GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Air pressure gauge suitable for GI pipe 50 to 100mm bore of pipes including check nuts and making holes/arrangement for proper insertion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Bail plug 1.5m long of mild steel made with socket with bottom plate 12mm thick and rod 20mm dia welded as hook, mild steel surface duly prepared and coated with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Submission of sample strata box and bore chart complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lowering, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set, vertical type, multistage with stainless steel impellers, duly coupled to submersible electric driven motor, 3 phase, 415 volts, 150-200 LPM discharge capacity with 150 mtrs head, including provision of non-return valve both ends screwed of size 75mm dia fixed to 75mm dia bore of pipe including connecting to 3 core copper conductor submersible cable (water proof) of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes: (a) Particular model of pump set with number of stagings shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge. (b) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of following:- (i) Two nos of steel wire ropes of not less than 6mm dia shall be supplied along with each pump set (ii) Water level controller along with 5 core cable of suitable capacity, lowering down upto the level of pump set complete with sensor.

Supply and fix 100mm bore Non return valve, nitrite ball type with by pass arrangement, cast iron body, flanged type, conforming to relevant IS with rubber gaskets, mild steel nuts bolts washers, etc., as required and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for road crossing/drain crossing by adopting trenchless lateral drilling of bore with Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) technique at a depth not exceeding 1.5m below the road, monitoring using ultra sound technique by erecting the equipment to true to the alignment and gradient suitable for drawing and including 110 mm bore heavy duty HDPE pipe of pressure rating 6kg/sqm in suitable lengths with jointing materials to carry LT UG cables/pipe lines including tunneling, excavation in any type of soils, hard rock etc., all as per site requirement and necessary conveyance charges of machinery and other required materials in co-ordination with the concerned authorities etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Contractor shall engage suitable agency for doing trenchless work from starting point to end point. No payment shall be made for failed trenchless work. The contractor shall quote accordingly.

Note: Earth work excavation shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.
