M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in 1:4 on stone masonry wall surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in 1:6 on stone masonary wall surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over & including a coat of 1mm thick wall putty (JK/BIRLA) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.50 sqm and n.exc 4.00 Sqm each and removing from site complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall in CM (1:3) all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc 1.50 sqm each and removing from site complete all as spd & directed and making good disturbed surface of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each leaf and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F second class HW Hollock/Bansum/Sal 35mm thick, factory made, plain framed, paneled shutter (Three panels) with panels of 9mm thick BWP grade ply wood bonded with high quality liquid phenol formal dehyde synthetic resin adhesive conforming to IS-710. The size of rails & style shall be as per IS-1003 (part-I) kiln seasoned & chemically pressure treated complete all as per specified and directed.

S & F second class HW Hollock/Bansum/Sal, 35 mm thick, glazed and skeleton shutters, factory made open rebated (Three panels)and prepare to receive glass, gauge etc with out sash bar, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing glass etc. Size of members of shutter shall be as specified in SSR 1991 Part-I, section 8 clause Member shall be kiln seasoned & chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm prelam colour sheet PVC Sheet reinforced with M.S square tube, fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded. sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawings on page 146 of SSR Part - II 2004 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cadmium screws to be used for fixing and fixtures.

S & F in repairs steel window/ventilator factory made, made out of MS hollow section 79mmx39mmx1.6mm thick frame with double shutters (Glazed & wire gauge shutters) made out of 'Z' section using flush butt welding & tenon riveting all as per IS 1038 / 83, dobby hinges shall be provided to both shutters. Locking arrangements as per sample approved by GE, provided with knob, 10mm MS square bars in grills, 'Z' section handle 100mm sized & 150mm long hook & eye welded to frame & shutter, four nos lugs welded to frame including necessary flat iron beading for securing wire gauge etc including holes, cutting holes for hold fasts and making good in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including preparation of surfaces & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Wire mesh and sheet glass shall be measured & paid separately under respective items.

M & L for rolled mild steel work angle iron (40x40x6mm) as in door frame (Chowkhats) including provn of 12mm dia deformed bar welded horizontally to bottom of frame confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) including preparing back of chowkhat and applying two coats tar and sanding newly tarred surfaces with clean sharp sand complete all as specified and directed

S & F plain, solid, straight chowkhats or frame of 2nd class hard wood Hollock/Bansum/Sal rebated on solid put together with pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling boarding of any description fixed with nails in any position and M&L 18/19mm thick block board grade-II quality interior grade, commercial type, fixed with nails including teak wood lipping 19x6mm thick fixed with nails in shelves, partition and palmet boxes, shelves, almirah book cases, toilet boxes, racks, cup board and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F continuous (piano) hinges mild steel bright finish or electrogalvanised of 30mm width of flaps (when open) complete all as spepcified and directed.

M&L for preparing the new wooden surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks or stainless steel wire staple complete all as specified and directed

S & F MS powder colour coated, decorative type knobs with bracket fixed at end of pelmet rod suitable for 22mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair aluminium door shutters powder coated with frame of aluminium section including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, brass handle and brass tower bolts of size 150mm x 02 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws, hydraulically regulated double action floor door spring made up of 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box for each shutter etc and including fitted with 5mm thick tinned glass in glazed shutter with brass mortice lock 10mm 2 levers , vertical type complete, all as directed.

Taking down steel window/gate for repair for necessary welding, reviting, easing, drilling and replacement of hinges and making then in serviceable condition and refixing in same opening and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles (joint free), 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tile laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, on vertical surfaces of wall such as dados, skirtings etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match with the shade of tile over and including 10mm thick screed plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
