Material and labour for preparing old painted surfaces and applying a coat of water based road mark paint white or golden yellow colour on roads, pavements and like, exceeding 10 cm wide lines, dashes, arrows, letter etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for removal of existing thermoplastic paint, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. and applying 2.5mm thick road marking paint (retro reflective) of specified shade/colour etc. either continuous or broken lines over existing or new painting surface of cement or bituminous surface by using thermoplastic material "Brand :- Road king or equivalent brand approved Morth, IRC including supply of paint material at the rate of 5Kg/Sqm & glass beads at the ratio 0.30 Kg/sqm (Reflective Index 1.5) by using semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including removal of old painting, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and in accordance with applicable specification. Note:- Retro reflective paint shall be applied as per manufacturers instructions along with MORTH Technology and specialty complete.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered wall/steel surfaces exc 10 cm girth or width and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning of covered drains incl removal of silt, grass etc including depositing the same to distance n.exc 50 mtr along the runway. Note: The actual depth of silt deposited in the drain only be considered for measurement.

Demolition of Plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling mass concrete etc all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using a extra cement all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slab for culvert/drain and set in CM 1:4 including necessary form work complete all specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement (Steel) will be measured & paid separately.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm and over cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ as in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work as necessary all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Forming fair finish drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing construction joint filling materials and providing polyethylene backup rod 10 mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (minimum depth of sealant above polyethylene rod shall be of 10 mm) and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to the sealant and removing masking tap after sealant is applied all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing expansion joint filling materials of 250 mm depth and providing polyethylene backup rod 30 mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (minimum depth of sealant above polyethylene rod shall be of 21 mm) and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to the sealant and removing masking tap after sealant is applied all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairs to existing cracks of width not exceeding 4mm in the flexible pavement of runway/taxi tracks by cutting V groove using a cutter/router machine, cleaning with compressed air, brushing hard and filling with RUN-FILL SUSAGE 600ml polyurethane filling compound as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sure bond self adhesive, cold applied polymer modified, high tack bituminous instant runway/road crack sealing tape of 150mm width, 2mm thick having quick release film on one side fixing to runway crack including using electric brushes air blower to clean the crack and rolling the tape with traveler confirming to IS:15462-2004 complete all as specified and as directed.
