Dismentaling of Brick or Stone Masonary in lime or cement mortar complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap)

Extra over single under ream for providing additional bulbs in under reamed piles, under specified diameter (only the nos. of extra bulbs are to be paid)

Dismentling existing plaster including disposal of refuse within a distance of 60m including all cost of labour material T&P etc.

Dismantling cement concrete and brick or granolithic floor , including base concrete and including material within a distance of 60 m.

Laying Coarse Sand in filter under interlocking including all cost of labour material T&P etc. complete as per engineer-in-charge.

C.C.1:3:6 cement sand & mortor including all cost of labour material T&P etc. complete.

Laying Cement Concrete C.C. 1:2:4 (cement coarse sand and 19 mm stone grit mortar) in Flooring including all cost material labour T&P etc. complete
