Recovery Item- Credit of unusable material received from Milling of BC i.e. 70% of obtained material. The Quantites of the above material have been worked out on the basis of theoretical quantities laid on this road. However agency may visit before quoting rates and asses the extent of retrieved material. There shall be no measurement after actual scarifying / milling and if material after milling is found on lesser side, no claim of agency on this score will be entertained and full recovery on the basis of qouted rate and quantity exhibited in the BOQ shall be made. The reverse rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below reserve price will be considered for all purpose in case the agency qoutes lesser than reserve price. The price qouted against the recovery material shall have minimum reserve price of 1533.51/- per cum).

Credit of kerbstone (70% of total length) (the amount computed by the rates quoted against recovery itmes will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency, kerbstones obtained from dismantling of existing median, islands has been calculated taking assumption that 70% of existing kerbstone will be retreived and can be reused. The reserve rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by he agency. No rates below reserve price will be considered for all purpose, in case the agency quotes lesser than reserve price, the price quited against the recovery of existing kerbstones shall have minimum reserve price of Rs. 1988/- per cum).
