A . REPAIR TO LADIES HOSTEL NO. - 7 15.28 :-Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valley and gutters etc. and stacking the materials with 50 meters lead of. 15.28.2 :-Asbestos cement sheet.

15.14 :-Dismantling wood work in frame trusses, purlin and rafter upto 10 meters stase and 5 meter height including stacking the materials within 50m lead. 15.14.1 :-Of surface area 40 square centimeter and above.

15.41 :-Dismantling cement Asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition wall etc.

9.3 Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc. 9.3.2 Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood

12.1 : - Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 12.1.3 : - 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m²

12.4 :-Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm over all width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hook bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet washers complete. 12.4.2 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

12.45 :-Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frames work made of special power pressed frames M.S. sheet and galvanized with zinc coating of 120gm/m2 etc. 12.45.2 :-12.5mm thick tapered edge glass resistant Gypsum board etc.

14.7 :-Renewing glass panes and refixing existing wooden etc. 14.7.1 :-Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4mm

B. REPAIR TO PICU ( GENERATOR SHED & WAITING SHED ) 2.8 :-Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) / Mannual means over areas etc. complete as directed by the deptt. 2.8.1 :-All kind of soil.

16.12 :-Dry brick pitching half brick thick drain including supply of bricks etc. complete as directed. 16.12.1 :-With common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non Modular) brick or class designation 7.5mm etc.

5.9 :-Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work. 5.9.1 :-Foundation, footings base of column etc.

4.20 :-Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix c.c. of P.C.C. work etc. complete 4.20.1 :-All works upto P.L. 4.20.1.1 :-Concrete of M-10 grade

10.16 :-Steel work in built up tubular (Round, Square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position etc. as directed. 10.16.2 :-Hot finished seamless type tubes.
