Construction of Boundary wall at Middle School Bardhan

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with all leads and lifts carriage complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) with all leads and lifts carriage complete.

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) with all leads and lifts carriage complete.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) with all leads and lifts carriage complete.

Providing & laying damp-proof Course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Supplying and Stacking of good earth at site including royality and spreading of good earth as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture.
