M & L for rectification of joint leakage of CI/DI pipeline incl excavation, return filling, leadwool, lead pig, tyton Joint, 'D' Joint, MS Clamp and short piece of CI/DI pipes as required at site etc of size 300 to 400 mm dia pipe all as required and directed at site. Note:- Contractor will have to make arrangement of JCB & T&P for excavation, drain out/ pump out water. cutting of road/ path/culvert shall be make good as per original existing without any extra cost.

All as per item No. 01 above but of size 200 to 250 mm dia pipe.

All as per item No. 01 above but of size 100 to 150 mm dia pipe.

Repair to leakage of existing GI pipe line 15 mm to 20 mm bore in any positions (joints, fittings etc) on wall ,roof, floor etc including replacement of GI fittings such as tee ,sockets elbows,unions nipples,reducers etc incl necessary excavation and earth work complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- (i) GI Pipe replaced (If required) and Earth work for GI Pipe shall be measured and Paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

M & L for Taking out Sluice valve of size 250 to 300 mm dia for Refacing, Regrinding, Opening all parts at site and replacement of UNSV parts like MS Spindle, U clamp check Nut, Brass Gate, gasket seel, glands, nut, bolts, washer etc and refixing complete after repair at site as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- Major parts like Spindle, Brass Gate, U Clamp Chek Nut etc measured & paid separately.

Supply only MS Spindle as per existing size and shape for repair to sluice valve of size 250mm to 300mm dia complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for Taking out Foot Valve from UG sump in any position or any depth of size 200 mm dia for Refacing, Regrinding, Opening all parts at site and replacement of UNSV parts like MS Flap, Leather Gasket/flaps (Not less than 8mm thick) check Nut, gasket seel, nut, bolts, washer etc including welding and refixing complete after repair at site as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- T&P Requited for lifting Foot valves shall be provided by Contractor without any extra cost.

Supply & Laying in trenches galvanised steel water tubing of medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc as required at site, including dismantling and taking out old unserviceable pipe line alongwith fittings from existing connections of size 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of Sch A (ii) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in in soft/loose soil.

Supply & installed Multi-Cavity water sanitiser/conditioning station with proportional dosing arrangement at zero discharge of the power free automatic system 100 ltr tank, cavities are completed with Lids. Attachment overflow valve, water inlet valve, outlet valve (for offline automated gravity flow), drain valve complete including dismantling old UNSV Gaseous Chlorinator complete and deposit in MES store yard (From BW No. 30 & BW No. 14). Note :- Required PVC pipe will be including for supply & fixing, provided by contractor at site for installation.

Supply only Chlorine tablets contained in plastic cylindrical sealed disposable sanitizer refill for disinfection of drinking water with arrangement for controlled release of disinfectant in water, suitable for operation through for recommended dosing system complete with following operations, (a) Replacement Indication - Visual weight variation. (b) Water contact orifice design-sealed when dry, exposed upon immersion. (c) Operation type- Non contact, Non Inhalatory (d) Cylinder dia' 2.5 inches ± 0.5 inches. (e) Cylinder height - minmum 10 inches ± 0.5 inches. Make and model of Refill shall be as per existing sanitizer refill and all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note- Use only for centrifugal pumps and sumps.
