Special Repair work of Khajpur to Tilkagarhi Road

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site. spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. As per SOR Chapter No. 5 Sl No. 21

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting machine crushed stone ballast of approved quarry of 53~22.4mm size to water bound macadam of G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with crushable screening material i.e. stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & rolling making necessary earthen bund to protect edges, lighting, guarding, barricadding etc. including the cost of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per MORD specifications no 405.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with air compressor, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification No. 503

Providing, laying & rolling of open graded Premix Carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.60mm aggregates including mixing in a suitable plant, laying & rolling with a three wheeled 80-100KN Static Roller capacity, finished to required level & grades Bitumen (VG-10) @ 14.6 Kg./ 10 sqm. area for premixing including all Taxes, Material, Labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification No. 508.

Providing and laying seal coat type "C" sealing the voids in a bituminous surfsce P.C. surface laid to specified levels grade and cross fall using with 6.7 mm nominal size grit of approved quarry @ 0.09 cum per 10sqm with Bitumen (VG-10) @ 6.50 kg/10sqm including heating of Bitumen to the required temperature and including all material , Labour & T&P etc. as per Clause 510 case-III of MORD Specification.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete avement thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and constructionl joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compund (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501. (For Mathura)

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.SI No- 12.1 as per S.I. No. 1, Ch.No.-6

PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation - Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing. as per S.I. No. 3, Ch.No.-6

Supply & Laying of Compacted 22.4~53 Stone Ballast under hume pipe

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in as per DSR No. 6.1.1 (Cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand)

Supply & Laying & fixing of 350mm N.P.-3 Hume pipe in proper position as directed by E/l including cartage of pipes/collars upto 30m distance.

Supply & Laying & fixing of 600mm N.P.-3 Hume pipe in proper position as directed by E/l including cartage of pipes/collars upto 30m distance.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 on brick work in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications Clauses 1300 & 2200 as per SOR SI.N0-20, Ch.No.-06

Note - 1- Rates are inclusive of all taxes but excluding GST which shall be paid extra as applicable 2- Labour cess @ 1% will be deducted from contractor's bill at the time of payment
