Sub-Head : MARKET RATED ITEMS i/c Steel works
Fabrication & Supplying at site Hot dip Galvanized steel tower materials with mass of zinc coating of 610 gms/Sqm ( 85 micron thickness) consisting of Pipes ,angles, flats, bars, gusset plates, climbing ladders, Antenna Mounts & fixtures, tower base plates, base angle frames, connecting plates, bolts & nuts including conventional foundation and anchor bolt ,if any, spring washers etc. all fabricated including cutting,drilling holes,grinding, punching & welding etc. all complete as per approved drawing, specification and as per direction of Engineer- in -charge for erection of tower. Galvanizing of members of the tower shall conform to IS 4759-1996 and 2629-1985 and the bolts , nuts & plain washers shall be galvanized in accordance with IS: 1367 (Part XIII)- 1983 & Spring washers are to be electroplated coating of Zinc as per IS: 1573- 1986 or latest.The structural steel for tower shall confirm to IS 2062-2011,IS 3502-1994 &IS 808-1989. The structural steel section shall be of Primary producers like TISCO, SAIL, RINL, Jindal . Fabrication shall be as per IS 4757-1980,IS 800-2007. Nuts & Bolts of grade 5.6 and plain washers as per IS:6610-1972 & spring washer of type-B as per IS:3063-1994 shall be used. (The rate shall be inclusive of the cost of all materials ,labour charges,all leads and lifts , T&P, machines etc.for all the operations as above i/c carriage, loading, unloading, shorting & stacking of all galvanised steel materials from source of procurement to the site of work and all taxes as applicable.Nothing shall be paid extra on this account.)
Labour for lifting, hoisting, fixing and erection of 6.00 metre height Roof Top poles as per Drawing and Design with all its necessary components viz fixing foundation/anchor bolts & nuts including supplying & grouting wth chemical grouts wherever required, climbing ladders, platforms with railings, web guides, racks, cable trays,fixing up of Antenna mounts & fixtures at proper height etc. ,placing of base plates and fixing with HD nuts & bolts, spring washers and welding as and where ever required complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (The rate is inclusive of all operation involved in hoisting, erection of tower pole members & fixing with plates, nuts, bolts, spring washers & welding where ever required including hire and labour charges of tools, plants & machineries, insurance premium of labourers, life jackets, safety belts, helmets & all other necessary safety devices etc. and nothing will be paid extra on this account). The contractor will be held responsible for fulfilment & compliance of all the technical requirements of acceptance testing of the tower.
Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip on Horizontal/vertical surface of wall/floor for earthing etc. including scaffolding/rope etc as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing of high tensile steel fully threaded anchor bolts with nuts of FISCHER / HILTI or equivalent make and of required size for anchoring of roof top pole structure to RCC or masonry building components and grouting with "Lockfix" grout of Fosroc chemical or equivalent make of approved quality for erection of poles on the terrace etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge whereever applicable.
Full threaded rod of size RGM 20mm dia.x 260 mm length .
Full threaded rod of size RGM 16mm dia.x 165 mm length .
Providing and fixing LED aviation obstruction lamp with auto timer for on and off arrangements of saraj, binay, Avaids or equivalent on the top of the tower with light dependent resistance sensor (day and night automatic timer) switch with necessary MCB switches, armoured cables clamps etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing copper spike type lightening arrester made of 10mm OD copper with 10mm ISRO bar copper fitted to 120 degree rod size 5mm with necessary fixtures at the top of tower , copper cable of required diameter . The spike shall be instulated from tower by teflon materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Painting of Roof top pole from top to bottom including bracings,platforms, landings,ladder, guard rails ,runway etc. with superior quality weather resistant LUXOL high-gloss synthetic enamel paint or equivalent (two or more coats) in international orange and white shade approved brand and manufacture in equal alternate layer to give an even shade including base coats of Zinc chromate primer or equivalent primer of approved brand and manufacture i/c scaffolding and taking all necessary precaution to protect the human life, life insurance coverage of labour etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Roof top pole of height 6 Mtr
Providing & earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and 25 mm dia meter G.I. watering pipe of 3.00 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip in 40 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrod including connection with GI nut, bolt, spring, washer , excavation and re-filling etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
