Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth, for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth in hard/dense soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling watering, and well ramming in layers not exc 25m, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the strating point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cables 8cm below the cable before laying & 15cm above the cable after laying, complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying factory made, machine pressed, unreinforced, pre-cast concrete cable cover class LV type-I flate size 250x150x40mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for GI tubing light grade 50mm dia bore with all fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge,

S&F of 20mm height galvanized high mast complete with top thickness of 3mm and bottom thickness of 4mm, base dia 410mm (approx) and top dia 150mm (approx), material of construction BSEM100 25/IS2062. Size Box plate diameter of 570mm and thickness of 32mm, suitable for 9 Nos 200 watt LED Flood light symmetrically fitted alongwith their control gear and having two-point suspension system with t=stainless steel wire rope of 6mm dia 97/19 gauge and double drum which with luminaries mounting arm, pulley assemble, lighting arrester spike complete with control panel including RCC foundation as per height. Note : Rate shall be inclusive of exclusive of excavation earth and RCC foundation as per manufacturers design drawing.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with standed aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm x 3.5 Core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

TPN 63 Amp, max capacity 12 KW with digital type timer switch internally pre wired suitable for 3 Ph power supply, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for earthing machinary complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with to edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of size 32 x 6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanised iron of steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal and common salt, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 and RCC cover with suitable handle and angle iron frame of suitable size to fix the cover, watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel, wire mesh and GI protection pipe of 40mm dia up to the length 3.5m, to the test point, complete all as specified and directed, including testing on completion.

Supply and fixing energy efficient LED flood light of 200 watt to illuminate large areas as in high mast application of 20 mtr, façade illumination, large open areas, sports lighting etc. using High Power LEDs of > 5W each with aluminium extruded heat sink for effective heat dissipation, CCT 5000 to 5500K, CRI>67, pf>0.95, operating performance temperture-20 degree to +45 degree C, LED module life span > 50,000 hours, with external surge & over voltage protection device (safe upto 440 volts) with connecting cord of copper flexible to be provided with weather proof connector at luminary end. The enclouser made of aluminium alloy, without the use of overall acrylic/glass cover to exhibit high lux utilization factor. The LED fitting being modular in construction with onside replaceable parts, built using independent IP67 rated constnt current LED Driver, efficency>85%, Vthd<10% lthd<15% and with IP-67 rated inter connections.
