Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Structural Steel Work including Doors, Gates but excluding Framed Truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismentling of posts or struts (wood,steel,or RCC) any section ,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed concrete, brick work, masonary etc embedded in concrete, complete all as spd and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thick ness in floors /verticle surfaces etc laid , bedded and pointed in any mortar ,etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided ( barbed wire/Concertina coil) complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 m in depth and n.exc 3.0 m in depth , n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and deposited where dircted at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specifeid and directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars but 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in CM 1:4 finished rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild steel work as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as diredcted,drilling holes, notching for wire,etc ,flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc,including all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting,etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Y shaped angle shall be embeded above wall during casting of column RCC M-25 without any price adjustment as indicated drawing

S&F in Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as directed by Engr-in- Chage.

S&F 750mm dia Concertina coil, super razor punched barb tape (SRBT) aluminium base helix coil with and including necessary GI fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and as directed with following specification:- (i) Dia of Coil (when unstretched) - 750mm (ii) No of circles 50 turns per coil. (iii) Weight of each coil with hessian pack 10.00 kg (+ 0.5) (iv) 8 spirals per Running Meter (v) Central core wire :- Made from 2.50 mm dia GI-H.T.S.S wire as per IS-4454 galvanised as per IS-2629. (vi) Razor Punched Strip :- Razor punched tape is Steel comprising of Aluminium base with Zinc alloy @ 150 gm/m2 conforming to ASTM A-792/A-792M with additional primer treatment of Epoxy/ Polyurethane & Final Paint top coat of approved shade by Hot dipping process. Note :- Running length of the wall shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, door, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheetings or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing bands, straps, supports or strays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates ; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples ; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlin to wood trusses or rafters; knee pieces inserts ; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles confirming to Fe- 290 Gde-E-1465 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for new steel and iron surfaces apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surfaces and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick coloured granite tiles,machine cut as in skirting , dado , steps, jambs, pillars, window cills and over and includinmg 15mm thick backing layer in cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.
