Supply and fix MCBs single pole, 240 volts, 10KA, 6 to 32 Amps C series complete all as specified and directed.

M & L sub main wiring with four single core PVC insulated cable with copper conductor FRLS multistranded 1100 volts grade 4x6 sqmm in and including heavy grade PVC casing and capping/PVC conduit and its accessories with fixing arrangements on surface, wall, floor or ceiling etc including 6 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper earth continuity conductor and connecting to main earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note : One run of earth continuity conductor,one run of PVC casing capping and four run of copper conductor together taken as one 'RM' for measuring unit length.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm .

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point .

M & L for River sand, spread dry in trenches for Cushioning to cables in a layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable in and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type I, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid in trenches as in protection of UG cables .

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches as in protection of UG cables all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying of HT 11 KV 3 core XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed at site for the following cross sectional area 120 Sqmm x 3 Core.

M & L LT UG cable 3.5 core x 240 sq mm 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated , flat steel armored, heavy duty with aluminium conductor laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles or passing through pipes with and including,cable gland lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules including connecting, testing and commissioning complete for at site all as specified and as directed. (D) ENCLOSURE OF CSS (ONE SET) Outdoor type enclosure having construction of galvanized sheet steel of thickness 3.15 mm for load bearing member and 1.5mm for non load bearing member with 4mm base frame. The enclosures shall have IP 65 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment and IP 23 degree of protection for transformer compartment. Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for MV & LV compartment. Separate switch operated bulket lamp+ hooter in transformer compartment. Transformer compartment door interlocked with breaker module including painting of complete set, Automatic sensor exhaust system and Auto thermal cut -off system with thermal setting complete.

(E) INTERCONNECTION AND EARTHING (ONE SET) Interconnection between HT switchgear and transformer using minimum size of 1Cx3x95 sqmm XLPE aluminum single core cable. Inter connection between transformer and LT switchgear using copper busbars. Internal earthing connections by using 50x6mm GI strips including transformer neutral. Note : (i) HT and LT compartments shall have degree of ingress protection IP 65 and that of transformer compartment shall be IP 23. (ii) The enclosure alongwith all inside compartment shall be painted with polyurethane painting of suitable thickness not less 150 micron for costal condition. (iii) Aluminium short pieces for 3 phases and neutral of suitable rating capacity with nuts, bolts and washers (set of two) shall be provided for by pass the ACBs when ACBs shall be out of order/under repair. Size shape and holes of short pipes shall match the system and ready to fix for operation.

(F) Civil works (i) All civil works including PCC plat form for Compact sub station size, and related to foundations, cable trench, including of panel and equipments including making good and existing structure of disturbed during installation and commissioning . The depth of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer.The rate deemed to be included in quoted rate. (v) Make for all the equipments / materials incorporated in the work shall be as per the recommendation of the OEM. vi) All items of accessories,fittings,sundries,apparatus or labour whether specified in detail or not but which is necessary for successful commissioning of the compact sub station shall be part of installation and rate deemed to be included in quoted rate.

(G) Marking,Testing and commissioning (i) Letter painting shall be carried out at the front and rear side of the panels, transformer, VCBs including numbering of earthing etc specifing the full details and size of cables, feeder name, in appropriate size as directed by Engr-in- charge. (ii) Energizing of Compact sub station is after pre-commissioning of appropriate authority of MES channel as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS : 13364 complete with foundation (as per OEM design), control panel with necessary meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms of capacity 250 KVA with outdoor AMF Panel with following detailed Specifications

(A) Diesel Engine Diesel Engine shall be 4 stroke liquid cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator IS:10001/ 10002,ISO 8528-1 , ambient temprature of 50°C ,50% RH & at 1000m above MSL, turbo charged, Governing class as per ISO 8528 part-V,engine capacity of 10% overload for one hour in every 12 Hours of continuous operation , shall have noise limit of <75dB at 1 metre complied with latest CPCB and Environmental norms. The OEM shall undertake type approval and conformity of production certificate for emission standard for engine from agencies approved by GoI. Copy of the same shall be produced.

(C) Alternator Synchronous alternator copper wounded rated 250 KVA, 415 Volts, 1500 RPM, 3 Phase 4 wire system , 50 Hz, AC Supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 50 degree c, 50% RH and at 1000 m MSL, brushless type, self exicited, continuous duty, sel regulated through AVR conforming to IS:4722 with Class F/H insulation as per IS: 13364 . The salient feature are as under : (i) Permanent lubricating bearing (ii) Permissible overloading of 10% for one hour in every 12 hrs of contineous operation (iii) Permissible unbalancing capability minimum 25% per phase

(D) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE FOR DG SET :- Supply and fixing accustic enclosures Outdoor type suitable for 250 KVA capacity diesel Generator set duly fabricated of channel and CRCA sheet of required size having doors , insulation sides and top by minral rock wool confirming to IS-8183 of adequate thickness accoustic louvers /outlet. ventilation system etc . complete as per manufacturers instructions with wiring and lighting arrangements duly painted synthetic enamalled paint over a primer coat or as directed of suitable size all as required at site and comprising of the following :-

(i) Base: MS channel fabricate MS channel made out of 5 mm thick MS sheet (ii) Structure heavy duty rectangular MS box channel . (iii) Doors fabricated from MS CRCA sheet with air tight with neoprene rubber gasket and gun metal heavy duty spring loaded locks . (iv) Out side cover: Made out of CRCA sheet (v)Accustic insulation ( side &Top ) sound proofing minerla rock wool slab thickness 100mm of density 96Kg/m3 confirming to IS 8183 , covered by fire Resistant fiber tissue as per manufacturer recommandation (vi) Inside cover : CRCA perforated sheet powder coated (vii) Inspection port : Aluminium frame with double walled glass fixed type sealed with neoprene rubber gasket for viewing instrument panel (viii) 180 AH/12V - 02 Nos maintenace free batteries.

(E) FUEL TANK :- One No of sheet metal steel tank made out of 3.0 mm thick MS sheet of suitable capacity of hold diesel sufficient for 12 hours running at full load, tank shall be fitted with in canopy and balace fuel tank to be kept outside of canopy with lock system as per manufacturer's design including the following:- (i) Level indicator to indicate level of diesel in tank. (ii) Drain plug with 2.0 mtrs pipe for drain oil. (iii) fuel strainer. (iv) Pipe for fuel. (v) Air vent. (vi) Mannually operated one no. fuel pump.

(F) NOTE :- (a) Generating set will be placed on suitable foundation as recommended by manufacturer and cost thereof shall be included on the prices quoted this includes excavation and earth work for foundation, compaction, sub-base, base, RCC/PCC works all as directed by Engr-in-Charge (b)Tools shall be supplied with DG set unit as per manufacturer,s instructions and cost thereof shall be included in the price quoted . (c) DG Set shall be placed at the site directed by Eng-in-charge (d) Testing of DG set shall be done as per relavent clause of PS. (e) Make of DG Set with sound proof canopy - Krilosakar / Cummins India / Mahindra / Greaves - cotton / Jackson

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in elecrtical plate No 3 of SSR pt I, connected to DB/earthing test point including PCC chamber , RCC cover 50mm thick with 8 mm dia bars, protection pipe, funnel etc including excavation, earth work, disposal of surplus soil and earth strip protection pipe of GI 40 mm bore light grade upto 7.5 metre including testing on completion all as specified and as directed.
