Drilling holes 40mm dia to a depth of 1m in Hard granite and inserting the 20 mm dia RTS - L shape anchor rods of 1.70m length for holding Foundation as required length and fixing in position and grouting the anchor holes with cement slurry inclusion of the cost of steel and labour etc and complying with technical specifications.

Providing and placing Plain Cement concrete of M10 grade (Design mix) using crusher broken hard coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm confirming to IS specified grading(to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in mixer including dewatering of the placement site by bailing/pumping and diverting wherever necessary, placing concrete in layers and water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications as per the direction of the Engineer in charge of works and complying with technical specifications.

Providing and placing Plain Cement concrete of M15 grade (Design mix) using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate (Down graded) of nominal maximum size 60% of 40mm and 40% of 20mm and down graded to IS specified grading (to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by bailing/pumping and diverting wherever necessary, placing concrete in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications as per the direction of the Engineer in charge of works and complying with technical specifications.
