Gear box- motor damaged coupling removed with the help of hydraulic jack with fabricated support make with help of channel & angle cutting and welding with 70/18 electrode.
Dismantling crusher roll drive end coupling bolts, all bolts of motor, gear box and tire coupling for lifting of damaged motor and replacement of new motor & gear box coupling
Refitting of new coupling in crusher roll shaft and gear box with the hydraulic jack and fabricated support with crusher roll shaft and gear box.
Shifting of motor at base with the help of groove and motor base fabricating as per requirement height of gear box with the help of channel cutting welding and base, bolt hole making.
Motor fan cover hole worn out thread making and same size bolt providing and fitting of fan cover & bolt given tightend etc.
Worn out & oval shape coupling hole repairing by metal filling by special type jointing electrodes and grinding & hole sizing etc. 1) 1” x 3.14 x 5 row x 4 times = 62.8” x 30 = 1884 2) Grinding both side of coupling and hole sizing as per shear bolt size - 120/hole Total – 2004
Motor and gear box and crusher roll drive end shaft coupling alignment doing with the help of thick packing cutting, pushing in base bolt where required and lifting & tilting of motor & gear box. After alignment tire coupling fitting all bolt fixing and tightening etc.
Providing & fixing of Allen bolts, size - 12mm x 80mm =
Providing & fixing 700 mm x 32 mm full thread for crusher roll bearing plumber block bolt
New making nut 32 mm for above bolts.
Crusher roll broken bolts removed.
Tire coupling safety cover broken portion welding with low hydrogen electrodes.
New fabricating flight of conveyor chain by in EN- 9 plate with new head making as per size & design.
