Making working space by removing of thick bushes, shrubs and disposal of the unwanted materials up to lead of 100 mtr. etc. complete.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material at approved municipal dumping ground.

Taking out/ Removal and re-fixing of existing M.S grill panel of length 1.80m and height 1.35m fixed in concrete etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) with curing, compaction etc. excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.

Random Rubble Stone masonry on wall with cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse Sand).

Random Rubble Stone masonry/paving on pathway with cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 C. Sand) (75% available from demolishing and 25% new stone)

Recess pointing on stone masonry with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Fine Sand) mixed with colouring pigment including curing etc. complete.

Taking out and removal of dead and damaged, old plaster and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground.

Plastering 20mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 C. Sand) including curing etc. complete.

Removal Old brick Tile from roof including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtr. Lead.

Providing and laying of ceramic cool roof tiles glossy 300x300mm of 1st quality laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 C.Sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/Sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design.

PVC wall panelling with 3 mm thick high pressure laminate (decorative type) with moulded/extruded beading of appropriate design shape and size as per manufacturer’s specifications ( to secure the panel insert tight in place within the style and rails of shutter) matching the colour and shade of shutter frame. Non decorative type.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
