Taking down carefully unserviceable aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing material for taking credit(credits for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring aluminium/ copper of any size/core/type including earth continuity conductor on teak wood or conduit and removing the materials /debris from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc to match with the original existing finish complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down unserviceable existing TPN DB/ LT Panel / Meter Box with 100 Amps MCCB of any capacity and size and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable existing DB SPN 8 way of any capacity and size and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1100 Volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm size confirming to IS 694 FR-LSH drawn through and including PVC casing and capping medium grade of size 25 mm , etc fixed on wall/ceiling including provision of pressed steel terminal box with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for housing switches ,sockets etc concealed on wall complete all as specified and as directed.for the following :-

(a) One light point controlled by one switch

(b) One fan/ exhaust fan point controlled by one switch and regulator

(c) One 3 pin socket, 5 Amps on the same board, with cables 1.5 sq. mm size

(d) One 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amps, independent, with cables 1.5 sq. mm size

(e) One light point controlled by two 2-way switches, with cables 1.5 sqmm.

(f) One call bell controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent with cables 1.5 sqmm

M&L for point wiring complete with FR-LSH 1100 Volts grade, two runs of 2.5 sq mm copper cable through PVC casing and capping with one run of 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed

Note :- 03 run of 06 sq mm and 01 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

S&F MCB DB, single pole and neutral with suitable rated bus bar double door 8 way 230 volt 50 HZ AC Supply complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made LT panel wall mounted made out of CRCA sheet of 2 mm thick indoor type double door compartmentalised construction totally enclosed weather, dust and vermin proof with front opening hinged door locking arrangement 415 volt 3 phase 4 wires AC 50 Hz having aluminium bus bar for phases and the neutral insulated with PVC sleeves, suitable chamber for fixing single phase electric meter -5 Nos complete, and epoxy powder coat of spray paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note: Meter box/panel shall be fitted semi concealed on wall. Note: GI wire 4mm upto 7.5m length is deemed to be included under quoted rate

S&F Exhaust fan with aluminium louvers 230V single phase metallic body ,capacitor type -sweep size 300 mm connecting up including provision of necessary wall opening and connected cement works and cable from ceiling rose or connector to exhaust fan etc complete including taking down of old exhaust fan all as specified and as directed. Note: Old exhaust fan shall be deposited in store

M&L for removing and refixing of ceiling fan of sweep 1200 mm from its installed location servicing the fan by cleaning ,greasing ,oiling, painting with two coats of existing colour including replacement of worm out nut bolts , split pins , check nuts complete all as specified and directed

S&F 1 Phase KWH Meter, electronic type 5-30 Amps tamper proof Including PVC sealing and connecting cable on Meter panel in item No.18 & 19 above complete all as specified and as directed Notes: (a) Old Electric meter shall be deposited in MES store. (b) Contractor should submit old meter reading ,new meter initial reading and date of installation to office. (c) Contractor should write Qtr No for every meter
