Operation and Maintenance of PA System, Stage Lighting in seminar halls and smart class room, V.C. conference room, Seminar Hall B Wing Admin and Comprehensive maintenance of Audio pipe music system and CCTV Camera and allied equipments

Sub Head I: Comprehensive maintenance of Audio video system: Comprehensive annual maintenance including preventive and curative maintenance of complete Sound system, Video system equipments, stage lighting etc complete installation with all associated equipments and accessories all inclusive (except the lamps which shall be payble against item no. 5 of Sub Head-II ) as per the detail inventeries attached as Annexure-I of C Block Seminar Hall all inclusive etc as required and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Sub Head I: Comprehensive maintenance of Audio video system: Comprehensive annual maintenance including preventive and curative maintenance of complete Sound system, Video system equipments, stage lighting etc complete installation with all associated equipments and accessories all inclusive (except the lamps which shall be payble against item no. 5 of Sub Head-II ) as per the detail inventeries attached as Annexure-II of D Block Seminar Hall all inclusive etc as required and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Sub Head I: Comprehensive maintenance of Audio video system: Comprehensive annual maintenance including preventive and curative maintenance of complete Sound system, Video projection equipments, stage lighting etc complete installation with all associated equipments and all accessories all inclusive (except the lamps which shall be payble against item no. 5 of Sub Head-II ) as per the detail inventeries attached as Annexure-III of E Block Seminar Hall etc as required and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Sub Head I: Comprehensive maintenance of Audio video system: Comprehensive annual maintenance including preventive and curative maintenance of complete Sound system, Video projection equipments, robotic color video camera, stage lighting etc complete installation with all associated equipments and accessories all inclusive (except the lamps which shall be payble against item no. 5 of Sub Head-II ) as per the inventeries attached as Annexure-IV of Room no. 501 & 505 C block etc as required and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Sub Head I: Comprehensive maintenance of Audio video system: Comprehensive annual maintenance including preventive and curative maintenance of complete Audio system, Video projection equipments, camera, installation complete with all associated equipments and accessories all inclusive as per the inventeries attached as Annexure-V of smart class room no. 014, 216 & 217 ‘A’ Block and room no. 410 'D' block etc as required and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Sub Head I: Comprehensive maintenance of Audio video system: Comprehensive annual maintenance including preventive and curative maintenance of complete Soft calling system installation complete with all associated equipments and accessories all inclusive as per the inventeries attached as Annexure-VI of Hon'ble V.C. Conference room Admin Block etc as required and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Sub Head I: Comprehensive maintenance of Audio video system: Comprehensive annual maintenance including preventive and curative maintenance of complete P.A./Conference system installation complete with all associated equipments and accessories all inclusive as per the inventeries attached as Annexure-VII of Hon'ble V.C. Conference room Admin Block etc as required and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Sub Head I: Comprehensive maintenance of Audio video system: Comprehensive annual maintenance including preventive and curative maintenance of complete Audio system, Video system etc complete insttalation with all associated equipments and accessories all inclusive as per the inventeries attached as Annexure-VIII of Seminar Hall 'B' Wing Admin Block etc as required and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Sub Head II: Comprehensive maintenance of Audio pipe music. Comprehensive annual maintenance including preventive and curative maintenance of Audio Pipe Music System complete with all associated equipments and accessories all inclusive as per the inventeries attached as Annexure-IX etc as required and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Sub Head -III: Operation of Audio Video System & pipe music. Operation of Audio, video & stage lighting, system in Seminar Halls/Smart class rooms/Conference rooms/ any other location of GGSIPU Dwarka campus daily basis for 8 hours excluding on Sunday and gazetted holidays complete as required. (Duty of 1 Nos. Operator for 8 Hours shall be 1 man days) Operator

Sub Head IV: Comprehensive maintenance of CCTV Cameras & allied equipments Comprehensive Annual maintenance, including preventive and curative maintenance of IP CCTV Camera i.e. Bullet/Dome/PTZ etc including NVR, POE Switches, Hard disk, LED TV and allied equipments & other accessories all inclusive as per detail inventory attached as Annexure-X etc as required and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Sub Head V: Supply of consumables as and when required. Supply of the following materials, as and when required for smooth functioning of system Lamp for 1000 W Halogen Profile light
