Removing of old unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe tightening of loose chuck nuts, elbows, long rails, short rails, legs (i.e, complete charpoy), replace if any broken chuck nuts/elbows and providing 12mm thick commercial plywood (Make : Green Ply/Kitply) exterior grade ISI marked of size 1980x900mm on top of charpoy fixed with mild steel galvanized iron nuts & bolts of size 70mm long and 6mm dia with GI washer and three stiffener made out of MS iron of size 30mm x 5mm thick, parallel to short rail. stiffener shall be fixed to long rail with continuous arc welding and painted with two coat of Synthetic enamel paint (black) over one coat of red oxide primer in stiffener and welded portion. Nos of Bolts including nut and washer to be used for fixation of plywood top each charpoy will be 16 Nos minimum complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. FD-220
