Supply of Geo Bags Type-B (Size 2.00m × 1.50m inner to inner) (Pillow Type) made of composite layers of Polypropylene (PP) fibre as per IS 16653 : 2017 for Nonwoven and IS 16654 : 2017 for Woven: Woven Geo-textile for the outer cover (300gsm): The woven geo textile is woven with multifilament woven fabric manufactured from ultra violet stabilized polypropylene. Geo-textile used to manufacture geo-textile bags should have high mechanical properties for enhanced durability along with enhanced puncture, abrasion and U.V. resistance characteristics. Geo-textile should be inert to biological degradation and resistant to naturally encountered chemicals, alkalis, and acids. Construction and supply of Wire -netting box of size 1.50 m × 1.50 m × 0.45 m made with mechanically woven, double twisted, hexagonal shaped wire mesh with wire made of low carbon, high ductile MS wire with heavy class of galvanization woth an additional layer of PVC coating with mesh type of 10 × 12 as per EN 10223 & ASTM A975, mesh wire of 2.70 mm (I.D) /3.70 mm (OD) tensile strength of 450-500/mm2, edge wire slevdge around it at least 2.5 times, lacing wire (zinc PVC coated ) of 2.20mm (I.D) /3.20mm (OD), VC coating thickness of 0.50mm nominal, 0.38 mm minimum, Mesh opening size 150mm × 150mm and with average weight per unit being 12 kg with additional 3% of the weigth of box for lacing wire supplied separately, supporting the facing of the box with zinc coated steel wire of required length as directed, compling with ASTM and Europian norms.

Labour charge for laying , fitting and fixing of double layered Geo textile, fabricated to form a three dimensional mattresses after filling sand at design slope, filled up with sand by pump, anchoring by cutting trench at the upper and lower end of slope of depth 1.00m x 0.75 m placing the mat by bending it into the trench, filling the trench by earth filled cement bags, sides of mattresses in sloping direction stitched by Polyester/Polypropylene thread with double locking chain stitch not less than 3 stitches per 2.50 cm to achieve minimum stream strength including all handling and carriage charge complete as directed. (Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost).
Supply of Coarse sand for tubular Geo Mattresses filling
Shifting of trimmed earth by mechanical means within 3 km from the work site as directed by the department and deposit the same including loading and unloading .
RCC Guard Post: Supplying, fitting and fixing RCC guard post 150cm long erected 75cm above the ground and 75cm below the ground with M-15 grade (nominal mix 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregate up to 20mm size) of cement concrete and required reinforcement tied in position with annealed black wire including centering, moulding the top, curing including painting concrete surfaces in 23cm strips upto 0.75m from the top alternately in black and white and having 2 nos. reflective band of desired shade etc. complete as per design and as directed. (b) 15 cm dia. RCC guard post with reinforcement of 4nos. 12mm dia TMT main steel bars and 6mm TMT/ MS stirrups at 15cm c/c.
