Metalling/Tarring of road from Main road to village Busal P.O. Choru Tehsil Nadaun.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 (Eight to twelve) tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm (Twenty two point five centimetre) depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etcetra and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with upto all leads including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, Toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC carriage of mixed material to work site upto all leads spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacted with three wheel 80-100 kn static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical Specification Clause 402 for grading –I material and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying spreading and compacting by mechanical means graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification as per Table 400.12 including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/ base course on a well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including lighting barricading and maintenance of diversion, etcetera as per MORT&H technical specification clause 406 and as per directions of Engineer- in- Charge by mechanical means including entire carriage of material in all leads , lifts. and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm (zero point seven zero - one point zero kilogram per squaremeter) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (five hundred two ).Including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The rates are inclusive octrol,royality,Malkana, toll tal, or other taxes imposed by government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg/sqm (zero point three zero to zero point three five kilogram per square meter ) on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (five hundred three). Including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The rates are inclusive octrol,royality,Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by government.

Providing laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm(thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre) crushed stone aggregates at the rate 0.27cum (zero point two seven cubic metre) mixed with 14.6kg( fourteen point six kilogram)per ten square metre bitumen VG-10(viscosity grade ten) in suitable plant and laying by paver finisher to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN(eighty to one hundred) static roller capacity , finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-B as per Technical Specification Clause 508, by mechanical means and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-B as per Technical Specification Clause 510, using bitumen VG-10 (viscosity grade ten) at the rate 6.8kg ( six point eight kilogram ) premixed with 0.06 cum (zero point zero six cubic metre)fine aggregate per 10.00 sqm (ten square metre) laid by mechanical means and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls ,breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil . ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) as per drawings and M.O.R.D technical specification clause 305-1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm(one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 mechanically mixed (one cement : Five sand : ten graded crushed / broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of form work with M.S plates for plain concrete on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths. In retaining walls / breast walls as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202and 1203 and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain and reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall ,return wall ,retaining and breast wall with 110mm (one hundred ten millimetre) dia PVC pipe (D-plast)/ Finolex/ Supreme having working pressure not less than 4 kg per centimeter square (Four Kilogram per centimeter square ) extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
