DUCT ACCOUSTIC LINING Supplying, fixing acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 25 mm thick resin bonded glass wool having density of 32 Kg/M3, with 25 mm x 25 mm G.I channel of 1.25 mm thickness at 600 mm centre to centre covering with rienforced plastic tissue paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminum sheet fixed to inside surface of ducts with cadmium plated nuts, bolts, stick pins, CPRX compound complete as required and as per specification. Refer Annexure B.

DUCT INSULATION Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (class“O”) insulation on existing duct after applying Suitable adhesive for nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required. Refer Annexure B.

NON SCHEDULE ITEMS PUMPS: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of End Suction Back pull out centrifugal pumps complete with motor, base frame, vibration isolators, drain valves and other accessories (except suction and discharge shut off valves, suction strainer, discharge check valves and drain piping which are covered under separate item). Pumps shall have mechanical seal and Bronze Impeller. The pump motor shall be suitable for 415 Volts ± 10%, 50 cycles, 3 phase power supply. The quoted price shall include cost of thermal insulation and cladding for chilled water pumps as well as M.S base frame for mounting both pump and motor along with VI pads. The quoted rate shall also include starter, cables, cable tray to the panels etc. Pumps shall be complete as per specifications and shall have operating parameters as given below:

EXPANSION TANK: Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of pressurized cold water expansion tank with air separator with S.S braided pipe flexible connector suitable for total volume of water in cold water circuits along with necessary accessories such as centrifugal air separator, pumps etc. in order to keep cold water system under (+) pressure and to prevent entrapment of pressure and to prevent entrapment of air in the system. The tank shall be precharged steel expansion tank with replaceable heavy duty butyl rubber bladder. The tank shall have 50 MM system connection and 20 mm drain and charging valve connection to facilitate the on site charging of the tank to meet system requirement. The tank shall be fitted with lifting rings and a floor mounting skirt for vertical installation. The tank and air separator must be constructed in accordance with section VIII of the ASME Boiler and pressure vessel (Unfired)code and stamped 125 PSI working pressure. The complete system shall be sourced from single manufacturer and supplied and installed with all accessories and safety fixtures and safety fixtures required for proper functioning of the complete hydronic system.

The capacity of each tank shall be 1000 Liters approx (for chilled water system). Contractor need to quote as per actual requirement with calculation backup duly approved from EIC.

WATER SOFTNER PLANT Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Softner plant having metallic body of maximum capacity of delivering 2000 ltr/hr and pressure range between 1.5 to 5 kg/cm² complete in all respect as recommended. The plant shall be complete with metallic body, pump set, PVC brine tank, resin filled tank, valves and piping grid to deliver the continuous de-mineralized water. The untreated water in the secondary circuit at site can have: Total hardness > 250 ppm. Total dissolved solids > 700 ppm pH value > 8.0 The plant should be able to deliver the water with : Total Hardness commercial 0 Total dissolved solids ≥ 100 ppm. pH value 8 -9

AIR HANDLING UNITS WITH VFD'S Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Double Skin Modular construction, draw through Ceiling Suspended (CS) Air Handling Units(Variable Frequency Drive system based) of 0.6 mm thick 24 Guage Plain Galvanised Sheet Steel (GSS Sheet) from inside & 0.8 mm thick Preplasticized GSS Sheet from Outside with 50 mm thick puf insulation with density 40 kg/m³ in between them. AHU Shall be complete with double width double inlet (DWDI) Centrifugal fan (plugfan/belt driven), Squirrel cage induction motor,straters , cooling / heating coil (Copper tubes and Aluminium fins), pre-filter (Washable Synthetic fibre of efficiency 90% down to 10 micron), drain pan, V belt drive, fireproof double canvass connection and other accessories as per specifications (except water shut off valves, drain piping, Thermometer and pressure gauges which are covered under separate item). Motor shall be suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 50 cycle, 3 Phase AC supply as indicated below.

VFD FOR AIR HANDLING UNIT Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of VFDs. VFD designed for HVAC applications with built-in PID controller, control panel (keypad & display) , IP-65 enclosure (for outdoor applications) & IP-55 enclosure (for indoor applications) for use on fans. The display should be in alpha- numeric characters and programming facility should be in user- friendly HVAC terminology. VFD’s shall have built-in harmonic filters with THDI less than 5%. Each VFD panel to be provided with digital display showing electrical parameters like voltage, current and power consumption. Each VFD shall be installed in a dedicated external enclosure and the inter connecting wires between driver and MCC shall be included. Necessary transformer, power adapters, sensors, relay etc. as required for satisfactory operation shall be in the scope of VFD supplier. It should be BMS Compatible.

Proportional control thermostat for air conditioning application for actuating the two ways or three way modulating valve at each air-handling unit. Range shall be 56-84 degree F, differential shall be 3 degree F. SNAP acting fixed differential thermostat for FCUs shall be of approved make with temperature range of 13-29 degree C differential 37 deg C with ON/OFF, HI/LOW fan switch, normal-cool setting switching off must break fan circuit.

Dial Type Thermometers Providing and fixing in position dial type mercury-in-glass filled industrial thermometers. Dial type thermometers for the inlet and outlet of the heat pump lines. Thermometers shall be dial type 100 mm dia or V form industrial type. Body shall be aluminum alloy, anodized gold colored surface. Scale of reading shall be of the range 0 deg C to 60 deg C & +32 deg F to 150 deg F. Graduation of scale shall be 1 deg in both readings.
