M & L preparing of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of distemper oil-emulsion complete as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing finishes from old plastered surface of wall , Stone, Concrete surfaces of any description all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of completely removed surface of wall , Stone, Concrete surfaces of any description and applayng two coat of distemper oil-emulsion over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 1mm thick wall care putty on walls old/new surfaces of any description all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc,

M&L for rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick concrete surfaces 10mm thick and finished even and fair all as specified and directed.

M & L two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1 : 4, mixed with integral water proofing compound weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)
