Fencing work of various Location in Pali City for 11/0.4KV 88 Nos Sub Station under Sub Division CSD-I, CSD-II and CSD-III Pali under Pali Circle, Pali on Labour rate basis-2025''.

Grass cutting and surface dressing including removal of unwanted/rubbish plants with roots from open ground /yard and other Nigam premises with stacking of grass/plants at desired place near the ground.

Trimming of tree branches/plants manually/ by machine and preparing route approchases for proposed line/line maintenance work of existing HT/LT lines.

Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up section, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hosting (height up to 10meter), fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing and fixing welded mesh / expanded metal mesh in frame work, flat iron beading 20x3mm including top cross laps inside and outside welding iron bolts, screws, clips etc. complete (excluding frame work) of size-

Welded mesh 25mm x 25mm x 2.1mm

Safe carriage of fabricated lattice towers structures and sub-station structures type AB, AB beams, Isolators structures etc including loadin/unloading and stacking in the Nigam Stores / at work site.

Erection of all type of steel supports in the excavated pit in alignment after checking the same with plumb line including fixing of cross arms and top hamper before erecting the supports. The support should be grouted and muffed in cement concrete of ratio 1:3:6 as per item No. 5.7 the remaining portion of the pit will be back filled with soil. The nuts & bolts will be provided by the contractor as per Nigam's specification for which payment will be made at the prevailing store issue rates. The cost muffing and grouting will be paid extra.

Lattice Structure

Note-1.Dismentaling, if any: Dismentaling charges for all the items will be 60% of item rates of erection charges. However, charges for transportation of the material from works site in the Nigam/sub division store shall be paid as item rate of that material(Chapter-III, Transportation of material). The payment will be made after issuance of certificate by Engineer In Charge that all the dismentaled material has been safely received in the Nigam/sub division store Note-2. The nut & bolts will be provided/supplied by the contractor which will confirm to relevant ISS & payment will be made as per prevailing Discom store issue rate. Note-3. The quality of material supplied by the contractor be got checked & approved by the circle SE. Note-4. In case of pole upper end of the GI wire provided for earthing shall be bolted with cross arm. Note-5. The qty mentioned for normal soil/ordinary rock. Hard soil which does not required drilling and Hard Rock/ CC road which required drilling are tentative & shall be payble as per actual site condition and due verification by Engineer In Charge. Note-6. Safe Carriage of PCC poles/other material including Loading/un-loading as per actual distance of work-site from place of lifting & shall be payble as per actual distance and due verification by Engineer In Charge. Note-7. Unit rates are inclusive of GST and shall be paid if applicable. Note-8. The work should be carried out as per specification and standard measurement of Jodhpur Discom.
