M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, n.exc. 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road metal applying tack coat with Bituminous primer (of bitumen grade VG-10) @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in bituminous (of bitumen grade VG-30) pre-mix asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 25 mm (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bitumen (VG-10 grade ) @ 4.0 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi-dense concrete using paving bitumen (VG-30 grade), 30 mm thick (Consolidated thickness) using binder content @ 5.5% by weight of total mix (Job mix), using mechanical paver rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller & compacted to required camber and gradient complete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bitumen (VG-10 grade ) @ 2.50 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam with binder content @ (VG-30) 4% by weight of total mix (Job Mix) laid / rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less as per site requirement of site) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The actual binder content for BM & SDAC used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula ittespective of what ever indicated in schedule item.

Scarifying and picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and in n exc 50 mm in depth and removing the same to a distance n exc 50 m and staking complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of guage n exc 63 mm , deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces with brocken stone boulders.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, Solar studs of width 122.5mm length 132.5m, height with stump 55mm, stump dia 26mm electronically operated with solar cell LED PCS ,Ni-cd 1400 AH batery with aluminium main frame,bottom frame aluminium , reflective in two opposite direction and fixed in road surface as per manufactures instructions or complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing through special applicator machine, auto retro-reflective thermoplastic road marking paint in yellow/white, pattern of specified strip, 3.00 mm thick and 100 mm wide, centre line, stop line dashes arrow, brackets similar work on bituminous / cement concrete road surfaces as per IRC pattern including cleaning of road surface free from dust & moisture and putting in duly mixed with 8% mica sign special applicatore machine complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair, Cats eye (Road struds) white/red colour reflectors,ABC Body, size 90x110x70 mm thick with both side reflector and fixed with epoxy resin as adhesive on bituminous surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
