Construction of CC road ( balance portion ) along the switchyard periphery inside 220 / 132 KV GSS at New Aska

Supplying all labour with t & P required for lifting and removing structural members from site by using cranes / hydra/ any other lifting machines including cost taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Earthwork in excavation in hard soil on foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum stony earth and earth mixed with boulder except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials with all leads and lifts T&P shoring and shuttering , dewatering if required etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour with t & P required for removal of excess earth by mechanical means up to a distance of 5 KM including cost taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Supplying all labour with T&P for rolling and compacting to sub grade or formation loosening by scarify of road surface 0.15 mtr depth including watering and rolling by PRR as per specification and direction of the EIC including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost,conveyance and taxes of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the EIC.

Supplying all labour with T and P required for spreading of screened dust and consolidatin with PRR etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

First class brick masonry in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in F & P using fly ash bricks of size (23 X 11 X 8 ) cm with dimensional tolerance (+or-) 8% and crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use, including splays cutting,circular molding& corbeling,chamfering & similar such type of works,watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials & cost, conveyance, taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete with (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40 mm ( 1 ½ ‘’) size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete with (1:1.5:3) in foundation and floors using 12 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of Filling bitumen and cement and jute fibre with theramacoal in expansion joints inclusive of cost of materials, bitumen and cement proportion (3:1) including cleaning before pouring 12mm to 25mm and 15cm depth. of approved quality and dimensionincluding cost, conveyance royalities and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in Chage.

Supplying all material and labour required for providing centering and shuttering works in F & P etc complete including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
