REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF 11 KV HT/LT UNDERGROUND CABLE, MAINTENANCE OF TRANSFORMER OF EXTERNAL SERVICES AND CONNECTED DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IN KAMPTEE AND NAGPUR AREA UNDER GE KAMPTEE

Excavation in trenches in soft type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of Cables, poles, stay and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation of hard soil/road /floor cutting by manually for laying of cables including making good to disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces after laying of cable/GI pipe in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl (HDPE) pipe For laying of Electric cable of size 120 mm outer diameter and 103.5 mm inner Diameter with IS 16285(part 2):2001 laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for HT lightening arrestor expulsion type complete with all fitting transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps current rating 5 KA suitable for 11000 Volts & making necessary connections complete including taking down of existing lightening arrestor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix drop out fuse unit suitable for 11000 volt mounted on MS channel complete with post insulator polymer type fuse barrel (fibre glass tube) etc for 3 phase complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 11 KV Air break gang operated triple pole switch for current rating upto 200 amps, mechanically operated mounted on polymer insulator and steel frame outdoor type suitable for vertical installation single brake provided with locking arrangement, consisting of MS channel , HT post type insulator, copper complete including taking down of existing unserviceable air break switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair cable end termination suitable for XLPE, underground cable, 50-95 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volt, heat shrinkable type outdoor type end termination complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair cable end termination suitable for XLPE, underground cable, 120-185 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volt, heat shrinkable type outdoor type end termination complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair cable jointing kit straight through suitable for XLPE, 11000 volt underground cable, straight through heat shrinkable of size 50-95 sqmm 3 core cable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair cable jointing kit straight through suitable for XLPE, 11000 volt underground cable, straight through heat shrinkable of size 120-185 sqmm 3 core cable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for , HT 25x20 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair shackle type insulator, polymer type of any colour for working pressure 11000 v of size 100mm high and 115 mm dia with galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, and nuts all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and applying two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and setting aside existing pin / shackle / Loop / disc HT insulator etc of any size from 2 pole structure / 4 pole structure as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in repair 11000 volt, polymer type Pin, type, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nuts, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 11000 volt disc type insulator polymer 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white / brown "two in one series" assembly for tension with clamps for conductor suitable for 11000 volt working pressure, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing stay assembly complete with stay wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair stay assembly complete with accessories and stay rod 20mm dia and 180 cm long, stay wire 7/4mm stranded galvanized, Loop insulator, stay clamps, including MS galvanized stay plate 300 mm x 300 mm x 6mm and galvanized thimble complete fixing to pole with clamps, nuts, bolts, washers including taking down old one all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 1 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work and PCC shall be Included in quoted rate.

Taking down unserviceable underground cable, any size from trenches, wall, floor etc and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts earthed grade cross sectional area of 3 core 95 Sqmm laid in trenches and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts earthed grade cross sectional area of 3 core 120 Sqmm laid in trenches and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Spray painting to existing LT Panel of any capacity with two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint complete including dusting, cleaning of existing dust before applying synthetic enamel paint and writing feeder name with approved colour synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Spray painting to existing Transformer of capacity form 50 KVA to 315 KVA with two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint complete including dusting, cleaning of existing dust before applying synthetic enamel paint and writing MES No. capacity of transformer with approved colour synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 80 mm graded coarse aggregate for substation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm graded coarse aggregate for substation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch/control board upto 7.5m away from the earth electrode including excavation earth work, PCC chamber, RCC cover slab char coal, watering pipe, wire mesh lugs, earth lead protection pipe 40 mm bore, light grade 7.5m long as applicable and as per plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 and all as specified. (a) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil. (b) Drilling of holes in electrode (c) PCC pit in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (d) 40 mm thick Pre-cast RCC cover with suitable handle. (e) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore ,medium grade & copper lug etc. (f) 40 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 7.50 m long for protection of earthing lead. (g) Requisite quantity of charcoal and common salt. (h) Connection to earthing test point and testing on completion.

Supply and fix in repair galvanised iron strip 32x6mm for earth continuity lead fixed to pole or walls or both as or buried in ground or drawn through pipe or etc. as required for earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Carefully opening of the transformer cover along with the conservator by removing the nuts, bolts after removing the internal connections by taking them out by removing studs, bushings,including necessary repairs for the unserviceable transformers having ratio of 11/0.433 KV, removing of leakage of tank if any by welding and re assembling making the internal connections by fixing studs, bushing fitting the top over by replacing cork sheet gasket along with conservator testing the transformer in the work shop or at site duly fitted lifting the transformer and loading and unloading at substation from workshop and transporting by vehicle if required. Making the connections of earthing and connecting the jumpers/cable, installation testing and commissioning of 50 KVA to 100 KVA capacity of transformers complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Sl No.32.00 herein- before but of size 150 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 32 & 33:- (i) Transformer are located at various locations in Kamptee and Nagpur. (ii) The above mentioned work shall be carried out within 8 days and alternate transformer of suitable capacity shall be arranged by the contractor for same period to provide uninterrupted power supply.Bushing and Stud shall be measured from relevent item.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable primary bushings with Brass Stud of suitable size outdoor model for the transformers of 50 KVA to 100 KVA capacities complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down distribution transformer upto 315 KVA 11KV/433 Volts carefully from position at Sub station by disconnecting all the connections carefully, lifting the transformer by crane and transporting the transformer safely to the workshop for repair and back after repair and placing in original position, connecting up and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the 11/0.433 KV up to 315 KVA transformer by opening the cover and taking out carefully the tap changer, primery and secondary coils from the core and washing the core with solution, draining out the transformer oil, cleaning the tank to remove all sludge and dirts and cleaning all healthy parts and painting the tank internally with oil resistant paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rewinding of HV Coil with copper wire (DPC of same gauge and size), re-assembling of newly wounded coil on core in position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rewinding of LV Coil with copper wire (DPC of same gauge and size), re-assembling of newly wounded coil on core in position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for re-insulation of secondary winding HV/LV coil complete with new insulating material (Double paper covering insulation) including fixing the coil to its position complete all as specified and directed.

Baking of HV and LV coils in electric oven for drying to transformer coils after rewinding and reinsulation complete all as specified and directed.

Reassembling the 11/0.433 KV transformer by placing the dried HV and LV coils in the core of the transformer and magnetic balancing of coils, refitting the tap changer and connecting including brazing, soldering, sleeving including filling old transformer oil, changing gasket and refixing the top cover with conservator tank and testing the transformer in all respect complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for OFF LOAD Filtration and dehyration of transformer oil complete through filteration plant to achieve the dielectric strength of oil not less than 50 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour by refilling New Transformer Oil complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and servicing of HT 11 KV Cicuit breaker of capacity 400/800 amps indoor type, checking of each moving parts, spring charging system, tripping system, indication system, metering system,remote operation, closing and trip coil assembly and proper oiling, greasing and proper adjustment of trip bars, closing bars complete with following testing witrh claibration of relay and following testing complete all as specified and directed. (i) ON/OFF testing in local and remote position (ii) Spring charge ststem testing shall be carried out. (iii) Tripping test in Over and earth fault position by external current injecting kit on primary and secondary site. (iv) Megar testing between phase to phase and phase to earth in ON/OFF position both. (v) Measuring of contact resistance with required properly calibration. This include for complete checking of breaker for mechanical and electrical parameters as per design, features with instruction.

Supply and fixing in repair and connecting, tripping, spring charging, motor (universal) for indoor types 11KV VCB/OCB operated on 230 volts AC/DC with charging line, less than 15 sec of approved rating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair shunt trip assembly suitable for 11 KV HT VCB/OCB operating on 24/110 volt system and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair closing coil operated on 24/110 volts system suitable for working of relay of HT VCB/OCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair under voltage coil assembly suitable for HT VCB/OCB operated on 24/110 volts system and triping complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair OFF LOAD change over switch Four pole 100 amps 415 volts with all incoming and outgoing connection with cable lugs, washers, nut-bolts and accessories complete with taking down old unserviceable changeover switch complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for testing of faulty HT cable at kamptee and Nagpur area by using HT high voltage testing kit installed on movable vehicle complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation, returning filling in, removal, cable joint shall be measured in revelent items.

Material and labour for Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced of any sizes for HT 11 KV four pole /two pole structure Bus bars, jumpers, connectors, alongwith suitable rating insulating materials, HT tapes, including replacement of unserviceable binding wires complete all as specified and directed.
