Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry as in drain wall, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks (FASB) conferming to IS 12894, of strength M-10 straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with subclass ‘B’ burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 except bricks as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrabbing down with water etc.all as directed by Engineer in Charge

M & L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L two coat of white wash on newly plastered wall surface and including preparation of surface all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, pilasters, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All grass, trees should be removed from the chajjas, and wall during the time of white wash, No extra payment shall be paid to the contracotrs

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of cement base paint on external surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treament and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on old external surface complete all as specified and as directed.
