Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type E-2, 1:5:10 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, filling of sunken portion etc complete all as directed.

M & L 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor and hardstanding and other similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5mm crushed stone aggregate as in filling back side of pressed steel door/window frames complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof curves, chajja of window/ ventilator or mud stops, rounded or chamferred on top of chajja and side edges of surfaces upto the height of 7 mtr etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : (the rate is deemed to be inclusive of scafolding/ formwork)

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb / benching / coping like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle and with and including necessary form work as required for finishing the exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing reinforcement cement concrete type B-, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in chajja, balcony, projection, shelf etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing ith clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking tiles/ paver block of any size & shape with grey cement and pigment to IS:15658-2006 ,compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/sq.cm (M-35) laying over 50 mm thick sand cushion(filling) and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Manufacturer’s test certificate of Interlocking tiles shall be produced on each/every lots before making payment. (ii) Colour and shape shall be decided and approved by GE. (iii) S & F of sand filling shall be measured and paid sepeatly in respective item.

M & L for sand filling under floor, hardstanding including watering and consolidation complete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces of finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on vertical surfaces of brick walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using water proofing compound @3% of cement wt. (WPC will be measured and paid separately). complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Non - skid Coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in vertical surface such as skirtings, dodos set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved quality ISI marked (450 x 300 x 7 mm thick) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting dados etc set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the tiles including 1:4 cement plaster 10 mm thick on brick work and concrete surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 15-17 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms (including a hole of gas pipe) and like incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 15-17 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining, cooking platforms (including a hole of gas pipe) over 12 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20 mm thick (pre polished) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of stone in treads, landings of stair case over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick (pre polished) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of stone in skirting and risers of stair case over and incl 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Strucking of existing PCC floor surface 5 to 10 mm deep picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to receive cement mortar for tiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of sunken portion (floor) incl demolation of existing PCC,WC,P/S Trap and removing the material out side MD land with following additional work as under complete all as specified and directed: (a) preparation of RCC surface of sunken slab (Floor) by brushing and cleaning thoroughly with water. (b) application of two coats of poly urethene based chemical treatment ( as per manufacturer's instruction DR fixit/FOSROC/CICO/STP). (c) 15mm thick 1:4 CM plaster over chemical coating inc finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified. NOTE:- Continuity with cementitious water treatment beyond sunken portion in toilet shall be maintained.

M & L for preparation of sunken portion (floor) incl demolation of existing PCC,WC,P/S Trap and removing the material out side MD land with following additional work as under complete all as specified and directed: (a) preparation of RCC surface of sunken slab (side) by brushing and cleaning thoroughly with water. Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roof or terrace, cleaning of grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting grooves in brick wall 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep & shaping horizontal face of groove with cement, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortor 1:3 over concrete surface of roof, mixed with water proofing compound 2% wt of cement including finishing surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed (NOTE :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperatelly).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new surface and applyig hot bitumen of 85/25 grade conforming to IS 702@ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over and including primed surface of roof slab @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighting 3.60kg/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non fabric (Weight not less than 150 gm/Sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed in 2nd class hardwood complete all as specified and directed.
