Supply, installing, testing and commissioning submersible non clog pumping set (1 working + 1 standby) of minimum 10 HP capacity 415 volt 3 phase 50 Hz suitable with 15 metre head with cutter (impeller designed with cutter) including proper fixing arrangement of Pump set at suitable place to remove the sludge from the bottom of the Jackwell with suitable size starter panel including single phase preventer, automatic phase sequence corrector, overload protection, low voltage protection, contactors/relay of suitable capacity, indicator lamp, digital voltmeter and ammeter, and suitable suction and delivery flexible pipe fixed inside the Jackwell sump and to throw the sludge at a distance not less than 20m from the Jackwell sludge gate complete all as specified and directed.

Designing, Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of EOT crane electrically operated on 3 phase 415 Volts over head crane of capacity 3 ton conforming to IS in section-24.1 of SSR-2009 (Part-I) including electrical and mechanical parts, control panel, cable, double girders and DSL sysytem, etc complete to lift all four pumps (one at at time). The crane shall have electrically operated vertical and horizontal movement complete and shall be provided within the Jackwell pump house including all accessories for lifting the pump sets, etc for maintenance / installation. The overhead crane (EOT crane) specifications are as under:- (a) Span both side longitudinaland traverse = 8.7 mtrs (b) Capacity = 3 Ton (c) Power supply = 415 volts 3 phase at 50 Hz (d) Longitudinal traverse speed = 2 mtr/min (e) cross traverse speed = 2 mtr/min (f) Crane hoisting speed = 1 mtr/min (g) Hoist travelling height from floor of pump house = 5 mtr (minimun) Note:- The EOT crane shall also be provided with suitable capacities and no of squirrel cage motors for main hoist -01 nos, Cross travel-01 no, long travel -02 nos with suitable VVVF drive. Crane shall also be provided with suitable BREAKING SYSTEM from main hoist cross travel and long travel and rotary gear type LIMIT SWITCHES for main hoist and two way lever type limit switches or cross or long travell shall be provided. Drum couplings with suitable dia wire ropes of min tensile grade 1770N/Sqmm connected with "C' SHANK type hook with safety latch shall be provided. Wheel -04 nos, 160mm dia running on rail 50x50 sqmm for cross travel and 04 nos, 400mm dia running on rail size 60x60 sqmm for long travel. (d) Fuel tank of capacity as per manufacturer recommendations. (e) Base frame made out of suitable channel duly reinforced and provided with adequate numbers of anti vibration pads to ensure minimum vibration as recommended by manufacturer. (f) Battery maintenance free of 12 volts DC 180 AH, as recommended by the manufacturer, along with the connecting leads and battery stand as per recommendations of manufacturer. (g) Acoustic enclosure with natural air circulation without loss of any power for ventilation fan. The enclosure shall be modular in construction with hinge. (h) Provision of PCC foundation as per manufacturer’s design & drawing / instructions. Foundation drawing will be vetted by GE before commissioning. (j) Accessories: All accessories and maintenance spares, battery with connecting battery leads and fastening, complete all as specified and as per the spare list with generator set.

S&F 180W LED Flood light luminaire made up of epoxy coated pressure die cast aluminium housing conforming to IP-66 for optical compartment and control gear compartment. The optical compartment shall be covered with heat resistant toughened glass for safety. LED Flood light should be provided with non yellowing modular secondary lens optics. The driver used should be specially designed to have built-in-surge voltage, open/short circuit protections. Built-in-surge protection upto 4 kv and external surge protection upto 10 kv provided for additional safety.The LED shall be tested with LM80-08 standard. The LEDs used in Flood light shall have CCT of> 6500 K with CRI of > 70. The LED Flood light shall be integral type . The input voltage range shall be 140V to 270V.The LED driver shall be of isolated type with constant current constant voltage topology to ensure optimum driving of LEDs. The LED Flood light shall have power factor more then 0.9 with THD less than 10% having luminous of >105/watt with advanced optical system in order to provide improve lightining a complete including complete electrical connection with fixing arrangement on pole or wall, any type and any wattage complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, laying, jointing and testing of ERW MS pipe class 'B' Pipe 400 mm bore of thickness 6 mm with permissble tolerance + 10%. Pipe line will be of IS 3589, ISI marked with tensile strength of minimum 410 Mega Pascal and steel grade of Fe 410. Pipeline to be laid in trenches/along road/on surface/slopes/pillars/culverts/causeways including connection with main line of MS pipes with fittings as specified and directed. (for existing filtration plant) Notes:- (i) Jointing of pipeline will be done through flanging only. Flanges are to be provided at every 6 metre length or shorter length required on ground as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Flanges will be welded to the pipe and gasket to be provided between two flanges and will be fixed with 18 number of Nuts and Bolts (M20 type) at each jointing. Flanges will be of IS 6392 with suitable thickness. The cost of flanges, nuts & bolts and gaskets are deemed to be included in the quoted item rate. (iii) All standard fittings such as bends (any type, radius or angle), tapers any type (Straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.), Tee pieces single branch, Y junction, double branch collars, elbow, tail pieces, reducers etc. and any fittings required to be fabricated on ground to be included in the quoted item rate. (iv) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for separately all as specified and directed. (v) Hume pipes of required size and length to be provided on road crossing for protection of pipes shall be deemed to be included in quoted item rate. (vi) Cutting of existing pipeline and connecting the proposed line with bends, tees, reducers etc. shall be deemed to be included in quoted item rate.

WATER TREATMENT PLANT:- Design, construction, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Rapid Gravity filtration plant suitable for treatment of 4.2 Lakh gallons raw water per day, treated water quality shall be as per IS-10500 of 1999 including providing the following:- :- (a) INLET CHAMBER:- The rising main pipe from the jackwell pump house shall discharge into inlet chamber of suitable size not less than 1200mm dia & of sufficient depth to avoid spilling of water. The chamber shall be connected to Pre-sedimentation tank with DI K-9 pipe of minimum 300 mm dia at the centre bottom of the pre sedimentation tank. Walls and bottom shall be constructed in M30 grade concrete. The inlet chamber shall have a bypass channel connecting it to the flash mixer to bypass the sedimentation tank during the periods when the water is free from sediments. The minimum design parameter shall be as under :- (i) Flow - 136.20 Cum/hr (ii) Detention time - 30 seconds (iii) Volume of water - 1.135 Cum (iv) Taking water depth as - 1.50 RM (v) Surface area required - 0.757 Sqm (vi) Dia of tank - 1.20 RM (vii) Size of tank suggested - 1.20 Mtr dia X 3.50 Mtr ht (including free board) (viii) Suitable inlet opening for 200 mm dia MS ERW pipe and outlet opening for 300 mm dia DI K-9 pipe shall be provided.
(b) PRESEDIMENTATION TANK :- The tank shall be of suitable size for treating/handling 4.2 Lakh gallon raw water per day and shall be constructed with RCC M30 grade walls, bed, central sludge pit, central shaft and collecting launder, sludge pit adjacent to Presedimentation tank of appropriate specifications.The minimum design features shall be as under :- (i) Flow - 136.20 Cum/hr (ii) Detention time - 3 hrs (iii) Volume of water - 408.60 Cum (iv) Taking side water depth as - 3.20 RM (v) Surface area required - 127.68 Sqm (vi) Dia of tank (inside) - 14 RM (vii) Size of pre sedimentation tank to be provided - 14 RM dia X 2.70 RM depth +0.50 RM free board (viii) Minimum Bottom slope - 1 in 10
Designing, fabrication, Installation, commissioning & testing mechanical and electrical system alongwith pump, motor, reduction gears and various valves for pre-sedimentation Tank as per following details: (i) One rotating bridge of MS section, walk way of chequered MS plates having two hand railing bridge moving on Top of the pre-sedimentation tank wall, mounted on central support bearing on central RCC housing the raw water Intel pipe. (ii) On the under side of the bridge, MS Scrapper and under sludge frame booms/brooms for scrapping the sludge into the central pit with 15 kg/meter shall be provided. (iii) Rail shall be fixed on Top of the clarifier outer wall self adjusting springs to safeguard obstructions. (iv) Driving gear box, reduction gears box shall be fitted at the end carriage of the bridge for rotating the structure through the central current Collector box. (v) 200mm dia DIDF de sludging pipe extended upto the exit point in sludge pit with operating wheel at the top of the sludge well slab shall be provided. (vi) Telescopic bleed arrangement for continuous sampling of raw water 200x200x80mm dia all flanged tees , 80mm dia & 50mm dia standard valves, 200mm dia standard valves for sludge line shall be provided . (vii) Rotating bridge shall be electrically operated peripheral drive with end carriage drive mechanism, sludge scrapping arrangement of MS construction of propelling the settled across the floor of the pre-sedimentation Tank to the central pit from where the sludge is disposed underground. (ix) Motor shall be of suitable capacity for end carriage with starter & switch panel complete. (x) Sludge removal facility shall be provided with necessary suitable size DI pipe, sluice valves (all flanged) tees & Telescopic bleed arrangement complete. (xii) Necessary starter Panel suitable for outdoor type including suitable size control relays, contactors, starters etc. and suitable copper conductor cable suitable for connection motor etc shall be provided.
Note: (Design of mechanical system including pumps, motor, reduction gears, pipes and various valves and connected items shall be procured from the approved agency and got vetted from IIT/NIT before commencement of the works. (c) CONNECTING CHANNEL :- A 10.5m long (Approx size) open channel shall be provided to carry the water from pre-sedimentation tank to flash mixer. The channel shall be made of M30 grade concrete with a mild slope having proper measuring arrangement to measure the incoming flow. It shall be provided with a MS shutter to be operated manually to control the flow.
(d) FLASH MIXER :- One flash mixer of suitable size made of M30 grade concrete shall be provided with chemical flowing pipe GI medium grade 20 mm bore of make as per approved list of products given here- in – after in particular specifications from chemical/alum room to flash mixer. The flash mixers shall feed the clariflocculators by DI K-9 pipe of minimum size 300 mm dia. The Flash mixer shall be connected to sludge pits with suitable size DI pipes and sluice valves to remove sludge collected at the bottom.The minimum design parameter shall be as under :- (i) Flow - 136.20 Cum/hr (ii) Detention time - 30 seconds (iii) Volume of water - 1.135 Cum (iv) Consider water depth as - 3.20 RM (v) Surface area required - 0.71 Sqm (vi) Dia of tank - 1.20 RM (vii) Size of tank suggested - 1.20 Mtr dia X 3.20 Mtr ht (including free board) Designing, fabrication, Installation, commissioning and testing mechanical and electrical system for Flash Mixer shall be provided with :- (i) A set of specially designed stainless agitating paddles duly mounted on stainless steel shaft shall be provided. (ii) A Set of driving gear comprising of motors 415 V three phase with switch of suitable sizes coupled to a reduction of appropriate ratio shall be provided. (iv) Necessary starter Panel suitable for outdoor type including suitable size control relays, starters and contactors etc with copper conductor cable suitable for connecting motor etc shall be provided. Note:- (Design of mechanical system including pumps, motors, reduction gears, pipes and various valves shall be procured from the approved agency and got vetted form IIT/NIT before commencement of the work.)
(e) CLARIFLOCCULATORS : It will be one unit with two zones including sludge pit adjacement to clariflocculator. The clarifier/flocculator zone shall be made of RCC M30 grade walls and bottom. The bottom shall have slope towards central pit in 1 in 12.The two zones alongwith salient features are as under :- (ea)Flocculator Zone: The Flocculator shall be of suitable size for treating 4.2 Lakh gallon raw water per day and the minimum design parameter shall be as under :- (i) Flow - 136.20 Cum/hr (ii) Detention time - 30 Minutes (iii) Volume of water - 68.10 Cum (iv) Taking side water depth as - 3.20 RM (v) Surface area required - 21.28 Sqm (vi) Dia of flocculator Zone (inside) - 5.25 RM Designing, fabrication, installing, commissioning & Testing of mechanical and electrical equipments installed in flocculator zone shall comprise of the following:- (i) One rotating bridge shall be of MS Section fitted with two sets of rotating flocculating paddles steel tyred CI wheels walkways with chequered plates & handrails. The bridge rotating on top of the clarifier wall and central RCC shaft, being provided with under sludge scrapper frame for scraping the sludge into central pit of the Tank shall be complete with set of rails on top of clarifier outer wall. (ii) Electrically operated driving mechanism with reduction gear and motor of suitable capacity as end carriage drive fitted at the end of carriage way of the bridge for rotating of structure complete in all respect shall be provided. . (iii) Two sets of flocculating paddles rotating of a vertically shaft each driven by motor reduction gear, bevel gears & pinion shall be provided. (iv) Suitable dia DI pipe and ISI marked sluice valves for desludging the clarifier Tank shall be provided. (v) 80mm dia sluce valve for continuous bleeding of sludge with extended spindle telescope bleed arrangement with valves and fittings shall be provided.
(eb). Clarifier Zone :- The Clarifier zone shall be of suitable size for treating 4.2 Lakh gallon raw water per day and the minimum design parameter shall be as under :- (i) Flow - 136.20 Cum/hr (ii) Detention time - 150 Minutes (iii) Volume of water - 340.50 Cum (iv) Taking side water depth as - 3.05 RM (v) Surface area required - 111.64 Sqm (vi) Total surface area - 132.92 Sqm (vii) Dia of combined flocculator and clarifier - 13.05 +0.40= 13.45 RM (viii) Size of clariflocculator to be provided - 13.45 RM dia X 3.05 RM side water depth (SWD) Designing, fabrication, installing, commissioning & Testing of mechanical and electrical equipments installed in clarifier zone shall comprise of the following:- (i) Clarifier rotating bridge fabricated out of MS section as peripheral drive mechanism shall be provided. (iii) Electrically operated flocculator peddle assembly 02 nos of suitable size with necessary suitable motor and reduction gear complete in all respective shall be provided. (iv) Starter panel of suitable rating of power supply to the end carriage drive & flocculator paddle assembly shall be provided. (v) The clarifier /flocculators shall be provided with suitable motor on Rotaing Bridge with suitable scrapping assembly. (vi) Inlet pipe of minimum 300 mm dia DI K-9, capacity for carrying pre-sedimentation/flash mixer water to central stem of the clariflocculator alongwith suitable size of sludge outlet pipe with sluice valve shall be provided.
(vii) Necessary starter Panel suitable for outdoor including control relays and suitable size contactors, starters etc and suitable size copper cable conductor cable for connecting motor shall be provided for floccoulator and Clarifier Zone. Note: (Design of mechanical system including pumps, motor, reduction gears, pipes and various valves and connected items shall be procured from the approved agency and got vetted from IIT/NIT before commencement of the works)
(f) LAUNDERS :- The clarified water from the clarifier shall be received in launder through orifice holes of suitable size. It shall be cantilevered from vertical walls of pre sedimentation tank and clariflocculator tank. The suggested launder size at pre sedimentation and clariflocculator - 0.70 x 0.40 + 0.15 RM free board. (g) SLUDGE PITS :- One sludge pit of suitable capacity shall be provided in the scheme. RCC sludge pit common for both presedimentation tank and clariflocculator shall be in RCC M30 grade walls and bottom. Inlet and outlet should be provided for suitable dia sludge pipe from Presedimentation tank and Clariflocculator tank.
(h) FILTER HOUSE :- Rapid gravity filteration plant shall be of capacity to filter 4.2 lakh gallons water per day with and including the following (i) No of filter beds (each bed to give a treated water discharge of 30,000 GPH) - 02 nos (ii) Flow through each filter bed - 68.10 Cum/hr (iii) Filteration rate adopted - 5 cum/hr/sq mtr (iv) Filter area required per filter - 13.62 sq mtr per filter i.e for 2 beds = 13.62 x 2 = 27.24 sq mtr for 02 nos filter bed (v) Media size - quartz natural silica sand, BSS 16/30 = 600mm 3 to 8 mm = 100 mm depth 8 to 12 mm = 75 mm depth 12 to 20mm = 75 mm depth 20 to 32mm = 75 mm depth 32 to 60mm = 125mm depth (vi) Air scouring of filters Area of each filter bed - 13.62 sqmtr Area of air sourcing required - 750lpm/sqmtr Air capacity required - 10215 lpm Capacity of air blower reqd - 610 cum/hr
(vii) Filter house comprising of covered accommodation having in house 02 Nos filter beds (viii) Required covered waste water channel, clear water channel both laid in slope. (ix) RCC water tank of minimum capacity 30000 litres for back washing of filter, to be placed over the filter house building. Filter house building shall be designed to bear the load of RCC tank to be used for back washing facility. (x) The filteration plant building shall have minimum 280 square metre plinth area at ground floor .The filter house building shall accomodate complete filtertation system including pipe lines, motors, pump sets, connected pipes, valves, pipes hand rail and other accessories complete, Reagent feeders (Alum) room, Chlorination plant room, operator room with toilet, and store room. Designing, fabrication, Installation, commissioning and testing mechanical and electrical system for filter house (Filter bed – 02 Nos) shall be comprising of the following :- (i) Suitable dia of pipe from clariflocculator to filter house with all connected works such as inlet pipe, sluice valves etc and sludge pipe from filter bed to sludge pit with suitable dia pipe and valve shall be provided with including suitable dia pipe from sludge pit to sludge tank with valve. (ii) necessary arrangement of operating platform, gauges, under drains, ,control valves complete in all respects. (iii) Filling water tank for backwashing of filter house with parameters:- Area of each bed - 13.62 sq mtr Rate of area scouring required - 500 lpm per sq mtr Rate of water - 408 cum/hr Maximum duration of backwash - 10 mins Backwash overhead tank - 30000 litres (30 cum) Filling backwash overhead tank pump capacity - 50 cum/hr at 20 MWC
Alum Doser :- No of Tanks (RCC M-30 of suitable size) - 02 nos Alum dose requirement - 80 gm/litre Alum requirement - 152.54 kg Volume of solution at 10 % strength = 1.53 cum Tank size - 1.0 RM x 1.0 RM x 1.4 RM Designing, fabrication, Installation, commissioning and testing mechanical and electrical equipments along with electric motor, reduction gears, agitating paddles for alum doser as per following details:- (i) Two sets of stainless steel agitating paddles. (ii) Two sets of driving gears, each comprising of reduction gear of appropriate ratio coupled to a motor 415 V three phase and a set of bevel gear and pinion two ranges of 50mm dia.PVC drain pipes with PVC solenoid valves. (iii) One range of 40mm dia solution outlet main pipe connecting solution tank with the constant head box. (iv) One sets of solution level indicators. (v) One range 25mm dia GI service water pipe completed with valves. (vi) One stainless steel tapered needle valve with control gear. (vii) One stainless steel ball valve for constant head tank to maintain the level of solution. (viii) Necessary starter Panel indoor type including suitable control relays,starters and contactors etc. and copper cable conductor suitable for connected motor etc shall be provided with starter and switches.
(l) CHLORONOME PLANTS:- Within the filter house one separate room shall be provided for Chloronome plant suitable for following :- Design, Installation, testing and commissioning of 02 Nos ALTOCH /Chemical Dosing pump sets of suitable capacity to provide clear water with 04 PPM Cl2 at source/pumping station including necessary starter panel with suitable capacity starters, relays, contactors etc. complete including making electrical connections with copper conductor wiring, pipes etc. all. The filtered water after chlorination shall be connected through DI pipe to the clear water sump including provision of sluice valve etc. (m) Sludge Tank:- Sludge tank shall be of suitable size for capacity 30000 litres for one cycle and shall be constructed with RCC M30 grade walls and bottom etc. with Planning, Design, fabrication, installation commissioning & testing mechanical equipments along with non clog pump sets submersible type ( 1 working + 1 standby) operating on 415 volt and 30 meter head with starter Panel including control relays and suitable size contactors etc and copper conductor cable suitable for connecting motors etc shall be provided.
CLEAR WATER SUMP:- Planning, design, supply, construction and commissioning of clear water semi underground sump having internal dimensions 22m x 22m x 4.30 m at location shown on the site plan with roof slab at 1.0 metre above ground level & with one partition wall within the sump alongwith 250mm dia sluice valves (2 sets) inter-connection at bottom with operating rod above the roof slab. The complete filtration plant shall be designed based on the level of this clear water sump so that the water from the intake chamber should flows through gravity till the clear water sump through pre-sedimentation tanks, clariflocculator, filter house, Chlorination, etc. DI water pipe line with suitable dia from proposed clear water sump to connect with existing system/ distribution newtwork at a distance 50 mtr approx.
