Top block should be in fabric finish, intermediate blocks in prelam and bottom block is plain metal powder coated finish as per the layout. The product shall be Greenguard UL, Green Pro CII, Indoor Advantage Gold, GRIHA & Bifma level 2 certified. The certificate mentioned in the specification must be issued by an authorized certificate issuer and must mention product name along with manufacturer name.Partition Construction - A block of 52.4mm thick panel comprises of 38mm thick paper honeycomb + 3mm MDF on each sides + .6mm decorative laminate or fabric on both sides. Each panel consists of Vertical extrusions and Horizontal extrusions trims made of 1.2mm thick aluminium with duly powder coated at every division of tile/block. Particle board framing is used on outer boundary of the blocks as well as intermedicately at locations forming conduit for passing cables. Fabricated bottom frame comprises of L-channels made of 2mm thick CRCA steel (IS:513), formed plates of 3mm thock HR steel (IS:2062) & ERW steel tube of size 35x15x1.6mm thick in oval cross section (IS:7138) welded together. This frame is bolted to the uprights with M6 screws.Worksurface - Size 900mm/1050mm (W) x 600mm (D) shall be made out of 25 mm thk prelam particle board IS-12823 grade with flat pvc lipping edge banding as per above qty.Tiles - Top tile shall have the combination of fabric tiles made of .6mm thick mdf panles wrapped with fabric. Computer Lab Chair with castors without arm Providing and placing computer chair where the seat sub-assembly shall be made up of 1.2+/-0.1cm thk plywood upholstered with moulded foam and polyster fabric and shall be covered with an injection moulded polypropylene outer cover. The product shall be Greenguard Gold UL, Green Pro CII, Indoor Advantage Gold & GRIHA certified. The certificate mentioned in the specification must be issued by an authorized certificate issuer and must mention product name along with manufacturer name. The seat should tip-up when not in use and this feature should be used while stacking the chairs horizontally. The back sub-assembly shall be made up of injeection -moulded polypropylene inner upholstered with moulded foam and polyster fabric and shall be covered with an injection moulded polypropylene outer cover.
