Earth work by Mechanical/Manual means in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering , rolling ….for all kinds of soil, for all kinds of soil

Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of liocal earth by mechanical transport up to a lead of 5KM also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in foundation ternches, plinth, sides of foundation etc, complete.Under floor.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete work of specific grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. Proportion 1:3:6

Providing and laying in position specific grade of Reinforced cement concrete work excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. M20 grade of conxrete or prop. 1:1.5:3

Providing Form Work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting Floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work.

Providing Soling in foundation and under floor with stone/best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the sub grade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete.

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (0.50 mm) (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing Colour Coated (Iron Plastic Laminated Sheet) Ridging (0.65 mm thick) including supplying and fixing necessary galvanised screws / washer etc. complete as specified and directed.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
