11 KV UG Cable works : Earthwork excavation 1.2 Mt.average Depth x 0.6 mt average Depth in hard stiff clay, shales murran gravel, stoney earth and mixed with small sizes boulders and gravelly soil for sand bedding as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site and including providing labour for watching over the excavated trench during day and night to avoid any accident caused to animal and human being including cost of signal board, danger light, lead and lift etc., complete excluding blacktopping and including trial pits charges.

Loading of HT cable drum from stores using crane Lorry, safe transportng to site and safe unloading at the worksite without any damage using crane lorry.This includes labour for loading, unloading, transporting and rent for crane lorry, all T&P suchas crowbars,siling,DShackle etc., that must be brought by the contractor.
Recoiling / Laying / Removal of HT UG cable in the excavated trench including drawing the cable through RCC/G.I.Pipe wherever necessary such as Road Crossing etc.,without any damage , sealing the cable with end caps with suitabl endsand which includes provision of Signal Board, Danger Board, light etc and also loading, transporting charges, unloading of tools and plant etc.,the contractor must bring all tools and plants.
Drawal/Laying of R.C.C."V" Troughs in th excavated cable trench from Stores/ Worksite including transportation without any damage .This includes all Lead ,Lift safe unloading, safe Loading and transport etc. ( Note: Damage if any due to rough handling, the cost of V trough will be be deducted)
Refilling the cable trench and duct with excavated earth in layer,ramming and consolidating properly in layers of 6" and the top brought in line with the existing surface including labour, lead, lift. Etc., complete
Fixing of cable termination with clamp at 3 locations along the structure after completion of termination joint.Termination joint will be done by cable jointer separately.But this includes releasing of cable drum from the cable pit/ structure ,providing and releasing of tent,transporting of tent from office to site and back fixing the cable at structure and back filling the cable pit etc.
Supply and Erection of 160 mm dia ISI PVC Pipe for Road and Drainage crossing for the HT Cable laying ( Note: Normally PVC Pipes will be used for termination structure. Only in specific locations the GI pipe will be used as per the advise of site engineer incharge)
Loading, unloading ,transporting and erection of RCC Cable marker of standard size including painting the word " TNEB/ UG CABLE" and other notations as per the site Engineers instruction. (Includes excavation and laying)
Labour charges for erecting additional length of cable required to connect ccable to the busbar of the structure with supply of additional lugs by the contractor
11KV Bay Extn with Bay A.Labour charges towards Erection of Breaker ,CT ,LAS ,AB switch , Control panel, laying & termination of control cables,Erection of Busbar & Jumpering works etc. Including the cost of consumables like cable gland ,lugs ,Tie etc
