MTPS I Civil Circle - Repair works to the existing damaged mosaic floor tiles by fixing of new vitrified floor tiles, dadooing the side walls of bath and toilet including attending other allied civil works to the Suit No.3 and 4 of New Inspection

Dismantling the existing floor and wall tiles and clearing the debris away from the site including cost of labour charges, lead, lift, transportation charges, etc, and as directed by the department engineer at site in complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of wall mounted white colour European type water closet of approved make and quality and with double flapped seat, Chromium Plated angle valve, connecting hose, Health facit with1.50M flexible hose, suitable angle valve and 10 liter capacity PVC low level flushing tank with all internal fittings including cost of all materials complying with standard specifications.

Providing and fixing in position of double charged vitrified floor tiles 8mm thick of approved make and quality of desired colour and required size both for the floor and skirting with adhesives such as Gold Star to 3mm thick and pointing with cement polymer grout mixed with Admix GT1 (at the rate of 100ml/1kg) of cement including finishing the joints flush with tile surface, and the cost includes thorough cleaning of existing flooring with acid wash as directed by the department engineer at site. The cost includes of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, transport ,T&P etc., complete

Supplying and fixing 25 mm dia gun metal gate valve of approved ISI make and quality including cost of all materials, labours, lead & lift, Transporting, T&P, etc., and as directed by the department engineer at site.

Supplying and fixing GI pipe B class of various dia/size as per standard specifications for external water supply arrangements with all specials such as Tees, Elbows, Shoes, Clamps and bend etc as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead & lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing 15mm long body bib cock tap for bath and toilet room including cost of all materials, labours, lead & lift, T&P, etc., and as directed by the department engineer at site.

Repairing the existing wooden flush door by way of removing and re- fixing in same position after attending repair work as directed by the Engineer at site. The rates including cost of all materials, welding charges, labour charges for erection all lead, lift, etc complete.

Varnishing to the wood work with two coats of approved quality varnish including cost of all T&P materials, lead, lift, safety appliances, all labour charges, conveyance of materials etc., complete. and as directed by the department engineer at site in complete

Providing and fixing of non-skid 8mm thick floor tiles of approved make and quality and desirable colour with required size to the floor over 20mm thick CM 1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement in floors for Bath & toilet including cutting chase in walls wherever required, finishing neat ,cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing etc., complete .

Dadooing the walls with ceramic glazed 6mm thick tiles of approved make , colour and quality and required size to the floor over 10mm thick CM 1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement in for Bath, toilet finishing neat cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing approved make colour glazed with pedestal wash basin of make with all sides nosing of clear size fixed with walls rigidly, with necessary fixtures 1 No. CP Nose pillar cock, waste coupling, 32mm waste hose, 1No.gate valve, I/2” connecting hose and bottle trap etc.,., finishing the disturbed masonry neat including cost of all materials, transporting, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion of first class quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat for inside wall ,including thorough scrapping ,clean removal of dirt, etc, complete including necessary plaster of paris, putty, cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., and as directed by the department engineer at site in complete.

Painting two coats using white cement of approved quality for ceiling including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc, complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., and as directed by the department engineer at site complete.

Painting two coats with enamel paint of good and standard approved quality & colour for steel including cost of all materials, brushes, lead, lift, etc., Complete.

Replacing the existing damaged glasses in the windows with new 5.5 mm thick plain glass of approved quality as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of glass, glass putty, all labour charges for lifting and fixing in position of Glass panels, disposing the Broken glasses to the nearest Dustbin, all leads, etc., complete

Supplying and fixing Shower doom of suitable size with valve for bath room and including cost of all materials, labours, lead & lift, Transporting, T&P, etc., and as directed by the department engineer at site.

Supplying and fixing 25 litres capacity automatic water heater with copper container ,with glass wool/puf insulation with MS powder coated shell suitable for 25 litre capacity and including cost of all materials, labours, lead & lift, Transporting, T&P, etc., and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Plastering with CM 1:5 ,20 mm thick and finishing the surface neatly including cost of all materials chipping and removing the loose particles in the damaged wall, labour charges, curing, all lead, lift and conveyance of materials etc., complete.
