Annual Maintenance Contract charges for 3 years with spares for replacement. AMC to commence after completion of one year free comprehensive warranty from the date of complete installation at user's laboratory.

Grand Total for Supply, Installation & Commisioning, and Annual Maintenance Contract charges for 3 years including GST

1. For supply, installation & commissioning, GST to be quoted as applicable on composite supply basis. That is by adopting the GST rate of the main supply item for both supply, installation & commissioning activities.

2. Bidder shall not alter the contents of this Price Schedule.

If the Bidder wants any addition I alteration, these shall be brought out separately in the format as given in this Price Schedule.

3. CPCL reserve the right to reject the bidder's offer, which is not submitted as per above Price Schedule format.

4. All items/elements in the above Price Schedule will be considered for evaluation in toto and order will be placed on over all L1 basis on one vendor.

5. Price quoted above for Supply shall be on FOT dispatch point basis inclusive of packing & forwarding charges.

6.. Bidder shall ensure that a copy of the above Price Schedule, duly indicating in the respective columns

as "Quoted (Q) I Not Quoted (NQ) "without price, is enclosed in the UNPRICED BID.

7.GST Input tax credit shall not be taken into account for evaluation purpose.

8.. If any of the above items/elements not quoted/left blank/indicated as "extra" I indicated as "to CPCL a/c" ,

then the same shall be treated as free of cost/inclusive and evaluation done accordingly.

9. Conditions/items/ elements, (if any), not indicated in the "Un-priced Copy" of the Price Schedule but indicated in the

"Priced Offer'', by the bidder, then the bidder's offer shall be summarily rejected.

10. In case of any discrepancies between the price quoted in Price Schedule and elsewhere in Bidder's Offer,

the price quoted in Price Schedule only shall be considered for evaluation.

11. The bid shall be valid for a minimum period of 4 months from the final bid due date. In the event of delay in finalizing the tender, the validity of the bid shall be extended by the bidder without any change in price, deviation to the terms & conditions, as otherwise, their offer shall be liable for rejection. However bidders are allowed to withdraw their bid if they are unable to extend validity period as required by CPCL.
