Cleaning of septic tank/ manholes by dewatering by mechnical means by using sewage tanker vehicles fitted with suction pumps complete all as specified and as directed. (capacity of 8000kg per load). Note:- (i) Safety precaution should be taken before cleaning of septic tank during the period of contract. If any casualty contractor is the reponsibility and no claim whatsoever will be entertained due to non-compliance of safety precautions. (ii) The contractor should deploy his rep to collect complaint slips ar 0900hrs daily. The complaint slips will be deposited by 1700hrs on the same day. The contractor will deploy two laburers to attend daily complaints and available at Thanjavur Air base between 0900hrs to 1700hrs daily. (iii) For removal of sewage mucks, no manual labour will be allowed. Only mechanical means is authorised / permitted.
Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using soils complete all as specified and as directed.
Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
Demolition of brick work, stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.
