BED HARD : Removing of old unserviceable pre laminated practicle board from head board of bed hard and Supply and fixing new 18mm thick pre-laminated with Mysore teak shade (matt finish) on both sides exterior Grade I MDF board IS : 14587 marked, with PVC edging of head board and fixed with machine screw as per drawing and specification complete all as directed by Engr - in - Charge Note: Reference drawing No FD/E6/MAP/08(R)

Welding to existing broken /cracked joints of bed hard and grinding for even and smooth surfaces by gas welding complete all as directed by Engr - in - Charge Note: Welding of broken/cracked joints shall be counted one point for one joint

S&F 8mm dia bolts and nuts and tightening the steel frame structure of bed hard as in repair as per drg and specification complete all as directed. Note: Each bolts and nuts shall be measured as one unit

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces by removal of old paint from surfaces of steel framing structure and applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint (first quality)over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer by spray gun to all sides of steel framing structure of bed hard complete all as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable hard rubber shoe from leg and S&F with new one as per existing of approved quality complete all as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable top ply from bed hard and S&F 12mm thick (7 ply) phenol bonded(unpolished) plywood commercial of BWR Grade securing with 8mm dia round head countersunk bolts and nuts with washer (08 nos) as per existing shape and size complete all as directed.

CHAIR COMPUTER/ REVOLVING : Supply & Fixing for Twin Castor wheel of size 50mm dia as per sample of Chair computer / revolving low or high back after and including dismantling the old unserviceable one carefully without damaging the adjoining parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Refrence drawing No TP-Godrej/Aristo/Raj & Raj and FD/E6/MAP/01

TABLE COMPUTER: Supply & Fixing nylon buffer for Table computer for bottom base with and including dismantling the old unserviceable one carefully without damaging the adjoining parts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.
