Earth work in all kinds of soil within 50m. initial lead & 1.5m. initial lift including rough dressing & breaking clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm. & laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m. in depth & as per direction of the engineer–in–charge.

Filling in foundation trenches, plinths, sites of foundation, in the space below the grade level slab and other underground structures with good quality river sand (inclusive of cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes, loading and unloading) laying in layers not exceeding 225mm in thickness, filling, watering and compacting / ramming, in each layers or complete as per specification, drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm. Size crusher broken hard Granite metal including cost of all labour, materials with all taxes, lead,T & P etc all complete .

First class Fly Ash brick work in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth with best quality bricks having crushing strength from 75kg/cm2 to 99kg/cm2, immersing the bricks in water for not less than 6 hours before use (the bricks shall be well burnt, free from cracks, well shaped, uniform in size and shall produce a clear metallic ringing sound when struck) includes moulding, chamfering, corbelling etc. complete as per drawing, design and specification, watering and curing for 7 days including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work of prop M20 having minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2” to ¾”) crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hosting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer in charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work completion in all respects as per direction of Engineer in charge but excluding cost of M.S rod / Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills.Column Base

Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary ) coiled/ bent up MS Rods /Tor Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 gauge binding wire required for R.C.C work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (weight of binding wire will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual weight of M.S rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works. 5% wastage and lap length are included in the finished rate).

(1:6) over Brick masonry work racking out the joints finished smooth to proper line and plumb , watering and curing for 7days with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete of prop. (1:2:4) in foundation bed and floors using 12mm nominal size down graded, screened, washed hard black crusher broken granite Chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in the layers not exceeding 150 mm thick, hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc. complete to the required levels including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid smooth centring and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false work and dismantling then after casting including cost of materials all complete.(R.C.C. Foundation, Plinth Band, Footings, Column Base, Mass Concrete & Precast Slabs )

Construction of Cement Conrete Kerb Stone with Top & Bottom width 115mm and 165mm respectively, 250mm high in M-30grade 300x300x150 size PCC on M-10grade foundation on 150mm thick, foundation having 50mm projection beyond Kerb Stone, Kerb stone laid with Kerb laying Machine, foundation concrete laid mannually,including Centering&Shuttering etc. all completed as per Clause No-408 of MORT&H specifications for Road&Bridge works(Latest revision)and as per direction of Engineer
