Dismantling posts or struts (wood steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion (post embedded in concrete) and making good disturbed ground all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum each getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earh around , in layers n exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surfaces in soft/ loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggt. as in foundation ,filling and mass concrete with necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including and all necessary drilling, bolting and riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 or Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed with the other end each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n. exc 5 cm long of diameter of shanks 11 to 15 mm all as specified and directed.

M&L MS round bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending,painting and fixed with chain link fencing conforming to Fe-410-0, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type all as specified and directed.

S&F for 3 mm dia GI wire 100 x 100 mm mesh, (chain link fencing) made up into mattresses, or cages lapped wired and laid in position including closing and binded and tied with RCC posts properly, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of GI barbed wire 2 strands 3 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including sewing or tying with GI wire all as shown on drgs. (Each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise privided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe-410- W (Gde- E-250) quality- B incl structural steel is painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor’s workshop before fabrication all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new steel surface not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coat of black japan paints over one coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces n.exe 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI framimg including GI perimeter channel of size 0.55mm thick (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 25mm) along with perimeter of ceiling , screw fixed to brick wall with partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 610 mm centre to centre. Then suspending GI intermediate cahnnel of size of 45mm (0.9mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each) from the soffits to 1220mm centre with ceiling angle of width 24mm x 10mm x 0.5mm fixed to soffits with GI cleat and steel expention fasteners. Ceiling section of 0.5mm thick having knurled web of 47.5mm and two flanges of 24mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fix to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and indirection perpendicular to the intermdiate channel at 457mm centre to centre, 12.5mm tapsered edge gypsum boards(conf to IS 2095-1982) is then screwed fixed to sceiling section with 25mm dry wall screw at 230mm centre to centre. Screw fixing is done mchanically.

S & F providing and fixing Gypsum board 12.5mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per menufactures insstructions including two coats of oil bound distemper over putty on new ceiling board surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 150mm wide decorative palster of perish cornice incl all fitting arrngs.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr deep for foundation in soft/loose soil & getting out.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling and well ramming with water complete n.exc 25 cm thick in each layer in soft/loose soil.

Removing exavated soild n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a leve n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of bricks/concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) on wall finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, 75 mm thick as in sub base floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces of wall and applying Two coats of cement based paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) for backing of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x600x7to8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (not backing), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick(square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm in floor etc;set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n. exceeding 0.36 sqm over 15 mm thick screedbed in CM (1:6) in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match .

All as per item No 29 above but in skirting ,dado etc over 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4), complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F granite of any type tiles 20mm thick in steps,cooking platforms,and like over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for vitrious china wash basin, white flat back size 550 x 400 mm including waste, chain & plug and poreclain stopper and bracket etc. Complete including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or errecting bracket and 32mm dia waste fitting brass chromium plated for WHB etc;with long screwed shanks and fly nuts,flange end bedded in red lead cement including 32mm dia waiste pipe fitted, complete all as specified and directed.
