Disconnecting the existing LT UG cable of any size and capacity and taking out the damaged electric UG cable from trenches complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Earth work shall be measured and paid separetly)

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty ) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core. laid in trenches/walls/ poles/ ducts/ pipes or through sleeves etc., including connecting/ jointing with lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty ) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 4 core. laid in trenches/walls/ poles/ ducts/ pipes or through sleeves etc., including connecting/ jointing with lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty ) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core. laid in trenches/walls/ poles/ ducts/ pipes or through sleeves etc., including connecting/ jointing with lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty ) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core. laid in trenches/walls/ poles/ ducts/ pipes or through sleeves etc., including connecting/ jointing with lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty ) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core. laid in trenches/walls/ poles/ ducts/ pipes or through sleeves etc., including connecting/ jointing with lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty ) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 2 core. laid in trenches/walls/ poles/ ducts/ pipes or through sleeves etc., including connecting/ jointing with lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean and dry fine sand free from sharp materials (unwashed) laying in trenches around the cable for cushioning in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV , type 1 ,size flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm all asper required and directed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix light grade galvanised iron tube 40 mm bore with all fittings and fixed to walls / ceiling or laid in floor, pole or laid in trenches and road crossings including sealing ends with hession cloth impregnated with bituminous compound in ground and with teak wood bushes for ends fixed with walls / poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix light grade galvanised iron tube 50 mm bore with all fittings and fixed to walls / ceiling or laid in floor, pole or laid in trenches and road crossings including sealing ends with hession cloth impregnated with bituminous compound in ground and with teak wood bushes for ends fixed with walls / poles complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep clearing all surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for loose filling of aggregate gauge n exc aggregate 40 to 80 mm deposited spread and levvelled in layers in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rolled rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for painting of Transformers , with one coat of epoxy coated paint suitable for all seasons , dismatling all cables before proceddings for work, cleaning all parts and refixing the same after the painting, connectimg all cables with suitable lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing UNSV GOD switch system and supply, fixing and testing of Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level 11000 Volts, for current rating upto 200 amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix light grade galvanised iron tube 80 mm bore with all fittings and fixed to walls / ceiling or laid in floor, pole or laid in trenches and road crossings including sealing ends with hession cloth impregnated with bituminous compound in ground and with teak wood bushes for ends fixed with walls / poles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earth continuity conductor using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead complete all as directed incl taking down the old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing earthing complete with galvanised steel earth pleate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level) connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel and connecting to earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earth test point all as specified and indicated including testing and dismantling of old earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth continuity conductor and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid under the respective items complete all as specified and directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 45,650.00.
