Dismantiling/uprooting of LT pre-stressed concrete poles /steel poles of any size and shape including taking out dismantled portion of pole embended in ground after necessary demolition of foundation concrete and making good disturded ground properly and removing the debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The necessary excavation & earth work is required to be included in the rate quoted,

Dismantling of unservicable steel structure, cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps from two /four pole stucture at various location complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge. Note for item no. 2 to 6 :- Keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for re-use and or un-serviceable material remove from site & sold to contractor under sch of credit

Dismantlng of stay assembly complete with stay rod including demolition of PCC and including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting electric connection and takingdown old aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) or disturbed span including line spacer of different size from over head line complete all as specified and as directed .

Disconnecting electric connection and takingdown old guarding cradle /earth wire or disturbed span of any size/dia from over head line complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling LT insulators pin/ shackle/ disc & loop type from existing OH lines complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, laying of cable / pipe line etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and depth exceeding 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3.0mtr in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1by using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for coping & pedestal including necessary formwork and fair finishing to exposed surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Prestressed concrete pole 9 mtr long 102mmx152mm at top and 102mmx289mm at bottom, class 10 complete all as specified and as directed .

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps,ladder and back plates fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed .

Fixing only serviceable cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps,ladder and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts if required, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including preparation of old steel surface and apply one coat of aluminum paint complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Serviceable cross arms obtained from slitem No.02 of above will be re used.

S& F pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, green & brown insulator including one galvanised iron steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, size 65mm dia x 100mm height for 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F shackle type insulators, porcelain, vitreous, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulators, bolts, washers and nuts, working pressure 1100 volts and size of 75mm in height and 90mm dia with section of straps 31 x 3mm and dia of bolts 12mm complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F shackle type insulators, porcelain, vitreous, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulators, bolts, washers and nuts, working pressure 1100 volts and size of 100mm in height and 115mm dia with section of straps 31 x 5mm and dia of bolts 14mm complete all as specified and as directed .

Fixing only serviceable shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, green & brown insulator of any size and shape for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Serviceable insulators obtained from slitem No.06 of above will be re used.

Stay assembly complete with 230 x 230 x 6mm thick MS plate and 16mm dia stay rod and stay insulators all as shown in electrical Plate No. 1 , 16 mm dia stay rod, 7/3.15 mm GI stay strand complete all as specified and as directed . Note: - loop insulator, stay clamps, Excavation & Earth work and, PCC shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F loop type porcelain insulator, vitreous white, brown or green, over all dimension 65x90mm and clearance of hole 16mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix, and stringing of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor on existing poles including straining, binding with insulators with aluminium binding wire and providing PVC sleeves for jumpers complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Measurement and payment shall be made by measuring horizontal distance between centres of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only by re-stringing of of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor on existing poles including straining, binding with insulators with aluminium binding wire and providing PVC sleeves for jumpers complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Serviceable ACSR conductors obtained from Sl item No.04 of above will be re used and measurement and payment shall be made by measuring horizontal distance between centres of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc complete all as specified and directed .

PVC fibre separator for LT overhead line conductor 3/4 conductor for maintaining horizontal spacing complete with nut and bolts complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for galvanised steel wire 3.15mm or 4mm dia as earth wire/cradles complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for galvanised steel wire 3.15mm or 4mm dia fabricated as in cradles, hexagonal /rectangular complet all as specified and as directed .

Fixing only serviceable galvanised steel wire 3.15mm or 4mm dia as earth wire/cradles complete all as specified and as directed Note:- Serviceable galvanised steel wire obtained from Sl. Item No.05 of above will be re used.

Trimming / cutting of tree branches, bushes obstructing the HT/ LT OH lines, making clearance at a distance of 3mtr from outer conductor of OH lines including removal of rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and directed .

Cutting shurbs, vegetation, grass , bush, weed, trees and saplings not exceeding 30cm in girth, measured at a height of one metre above ground level in inside sub station building, pump house, OHT's areas etc., including removal of rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron. earth strip 32mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron mild steel all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanized iron 40mm bore light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal / salt, funnel etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: - (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40mm thick pre-cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm c/c on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I, (ii) Item includes the cost of GI pipe up to 7.50m for protection of earth wire/strip, (iii) Item includes the cost of earth lead wire/strip up to7.50m & (iv) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate quoted.

Preparation of old painted surfaces above the planting depth / PCC coping of steel tubular poles of 9.00 mtr length including MS clamps, cable protection pipe, bracket fitted with street light fitting by scrapping with steel wire brush and applying two coats of aluminium paint to external surfaces of pole, MS cross arms and clamps, cable proecion pipe etc.,including zebra colour of painting up to 1.5mtr height from top of the coping / bottom of pole as per site condition and numbering of pole complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Zebra colour will be applied by synthetic enamel paint of black / yellow colour as approved in alternate strips of each 30cm width.

Preparation of old painted surfaces and removing dust and other deposited materials by scraping of LT PCC poles upto 9.00 mtr length including preparation of MS clamps, cable protection pipe, bracket fitted with street light fitting by scrapping with steel wire brush and applying two coats of aluminium paint to external steel surfaces including MS cross arms and clamps, cable protection pipe etc and applying zebra colour of painting up to 1.5mtr height from top of the coping / bottom of pole as per site condition incld numbering of poles.,complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Zebra colour will be applied by synthetic enamel paint of black / yellow colour as approved in alternate strips of each 30cm width.

Taking down old/unserviceable under ground LT cable of any cross-sectional area from trenches/walls / poles after dis-connecting connections including cable protection stone slab /covers, pipes etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & laying 40 to 50mm thick roughly hammer dressed Jodhpur stone patti cable cover 25cm to 30cm wide and not less than 60cm long each laid dry abutting with each other with maximum gap between adjacent slabs n. exc 10mm over under ground cable for protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only servieable stone slab ,laid dry abutting with each other with maximum gap between adjacent slabs n. exc 10mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Serviceable stone slab obtained from slitem No.44 of above will be re used.

Supply and spreading clean dry sand ( Tibba sand) in trenches for cushioning to PVC cable and punning to provide required cover to UG cable complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supply & Lay in trenches, fixing or passing through pipe, fixed to wall / pole XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty LT under ground cable of 10 Sqmm 2.0 core, 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor including providing lugs as required and connection, testing complete all as specified and as directed.
