Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres in all lead and lift of all kinds of soil and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work soft and hard rock and through conglomerate rock upto all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth in all leads and as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work with design mix M30 or 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete in all lifts & lead complete in all respect excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

a)Base/Foundation including entire carriage ofmaterial upto all leads and lifts.

b)Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top to foundation level upto floor two level and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and curing complete in all lifts & lead complete in all respect excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

a) Foundation and plinth including entire carriage ofmaterial upto all leads and lifts.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring & shuttering in foundation & plinth including all lead and lifts complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish I/c centring , shuttering , strutting and proping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtr. and removal of the same for insitu- reinforced concrete & plain concrete including all leads & lifts complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge work in :-

a)Vertical surface such as wall of (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillaster buttresses plinth and string courses and like.including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5approved sand:3approved graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- including all leads & lifts complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

a)Base/Foundation including entire carriage ofmaterial upto all leads and lifts.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete plum wall 1:5:10 (1cement :5sand :10graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% Plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation, plinth & retaining walls including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Laying and jointing of HDPE pipe Material Grade PE-80 pressure rating PN 4.0 (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Laying,jointing and testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube of following dia and grade confirming to BIS 1239 ( with latest ammendment upto date) as per classification of pipe as specified below. The laying of pipe shall confirm to BIS 5822-1970 (With latest ammendment upto date), all kind of specials such as bends of all degrees to made from parent tube, short pieces, tail pieces all made from parent tube within all leads & lifts. (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).

Providing & fixing CI Sluice valve(with hand wheel)as per IS : 780-1984class-I upto 300 mm dia.(i/c brass spindle & as per 2906-1984 class-II for dia. > 300mm)complete with bolts nuts,rubber insertion etc. (The tail piece if required shall be measured & paid for separatly) as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.
