Conducting Environmental impact Assessment (EIA) studies including preparation of Environment Management Plan (EPM), Risk Assessment Plan and Disaster management Plan (DMP), Index Map of the project area in Survey of India toposheet (Scale 1:25000 or 1:50000) and submission of 04 sheets of hard copy and 01 set of soft copy of the study report to the Engineer-in-charge including submission Appraisal, presentation and obtaining approval from MoEF & CC for FCA and CRZ clearance

Preparation of local level integrated Island Management Plan (IIMP) and Island Coastal Regulation Zone (ICRZ) Map of the project area including a) CRZ Map indicating High Tide line (HTL) & Low Tide Line(LTL) demarcated by one of the authorized agencies approved by MoEF & CC in 1:4000 scale (showing LTL, HTL, 200 mtr & 500 mtr line) b) CRZ Map covering 7 km radious around the project site c) CRZ Map indicating the CRZ-I, CRZ-II, CRZ-III & CRZ-IV including the other notified ecologically sensitive areas d) Project layout plan super imposed on the above map approved by one of the authorized agencies by MoEF &CC (04 sets hard copy and 01 set soft copy)
