Construction of three side (EAST,WEST,NORTH) compound wall work in Perundurai Branch

Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils to full depth as may be directed by the corporation officers except rocks requiring blasting to full depth inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water wherever necessary well rammed watered consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the corporation officers with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m and clearing leveling the site etc complete complying with standard specifications.

Cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement, five sand and ten aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cms thick well rammed watered and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification .

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four aggregates) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for RCC works excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills in position but including laying curing and finishing and also fixing clamps wherever necessary and as directed by the Corporation Officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Supplying fabrication and placing in position of Mild steel (or) Ribbed tar steel grills for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits of Reinforced Cement Concrete surfaces of following categories including strutting for 3.66m height using MS sheet of size 3'x2'(0.90x0.60) 10gauge stiffened with welded MS angle of size 25x25x3mm laid over silver oak of size 10x6.5cm spaced at 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props 10 to 13 cm dia spaced at 75cm c/c as directed by the corporation officers etc complete complying with standard specification (a)For Column

For plinth beam and kerb wall

Pre cast Solid block masonry using 39x15x15cm size stones in cement mortor 1:5(one cement five sand) using approved quality of cement concrete solid blocks as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement, five sand) 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and Fixing the Fencing angle of 1.00m length using MS angle of size 35x35x6 mm by cutting, bending, and making holes in suitable places for tying the barbed wire in position over pillars of the compound wall with Cement Concrete 1:3:6 to a size of 0.15 x 0.15 x 0.10 m as directed by the Corporation officers etc complete.,

Supplying and fixing the Barbed wire to the fencing angles over the compound wall horizontally / vertically to the horizontal barbed wire tying with binding wire as directed by the corpoaration officers with all incidental charges including cost of Galvanised Barbed wire (10 Gauge)and Galvanised Binding wire (18 Gauge) etc complete.
