Dismantling of exsting transformer of any capacity incuding disconnecting electrical connections and depositing in MES store for safe custody . Note - Rate includes for required tolls /crane for shifting of transformer and breaking of old cracked plateform.

Supply , installation, testing & commissoning of transformer of capacity 250 KVA step down outdoor type copper wounded 11/0.433 KV ( at no load ) AC 3 phase 50 HZ on secondry side double wound oil immersed naturally all air cooled with external cooling tubes /rediator fins , delta connected as on primary and star connected with neutral brought on secondary side and having tapping at (±) 2.5%, (±) 5% & (±) 7.5% to be changed by hand operated OFF LOAD tap changing gear. The maximum temperature rise shoud not exceed 45⁰ (degree) centigrade in oil and 50⁰ (degree) centigrade in HV/ LV winding when measured by the resistance method after countineous full load run in ambient temprature the transformer shall confirming to IS:2026 & IS- 1180 (Level-2) and comprising of following accessories:-

(i) 03 Nos porcelains HV bushing with arching horns on HV side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing rods nuts. (ii) 01 x cable end box on LV secondry side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing rods and nuts washers and cable glands suitable for reception of out 3.5 core 240 Sqmm cable LT 1100 v grade XLPE insulated heavy duty including gland joint complete and specified. (iii) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. d) Dehydrating breather with first filling of dehydrating agent . (iv) Explosive vent. (v) THERMOMETER pocket (vi) Two earthing terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI strips. (vii) One No thermometer dail type vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with maximum temprature indicator and re-setting device to maximum temprature including needle of temprature gauge : Max reading painted terminal. (viii) Rating plate with terminal plate.

(ix) Oil level guage. (x) Oil drain filter valve. (xi) Oil filling hole on top cover with plug. (xii) Air release valve/plug. (xiii) Buchholz relay (xiv) 4 Nos plain solid cast steel dedtachable rollers. M&L for block masonary transformer platform of size 1.80 mtr x 1.8 mtr with height 1.4 mtr above and 0.60 Mtr below ground level(excluding foundation concrete & PCC top flooring) with following specification :- (i) 100mm thick Plain cement concrete in foundation 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate. (ii) 200mm thick PCC block masonary wall with PCC block masonary 1:3:6 in CM (1:4), 1.4 mtr above and 0.60 Mtr below ground level (iii) Moorum filling inside the block masonery work, watering & well ramming. (iv) 100 mm thick sub base concrete with PCC 1:3:6 over 100mm thick hard core. (v) 100 mm thick top PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate. (vi) 15 mm thick plaster on total outer surface of block masonry walls in 1:4 CM finished even & smooth without extra cement. (vii) Two coats of white wash on plastered surfaces. (viii) 2 Nos supporting channel of ISMC 100 of - 2.0 Mtr long made of Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality.

Supply only the chain link fencing MS galvanised fencing of size 50x50 mm thickness not less than 3.00 mm, galvanised with hot dip process, complete all as specified

Fixing only the Chain link fencing on MS picket post including line wires,any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, straining bolts,etc including provision of winding wire complete all as specified

Supply and fixing angle iron made of mild steel confiriming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E 250) Quality 'A' of size 50x50x6 mm as in post and sturds in fencing incl cutting top to shape as directed,and flat iron of size 50x6 mm drilling of holes as drected for chain link fencing to angle all as per directed.rate including dismanting to the old PCC fence post complete all as specified. Note - (i) Rates are inclusive of required Nut - bolts with washers any type any sizes for fixing of chain lik fencing. (ii) PCC for post of picket shall be paid separatelly in respective items.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation & mass concrete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets with fair surface complete all as specified.

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 hollow block type using 16 mm graded aggregate (as per IS 383) masonry exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete with straight or curved on plan built in 1:6 cement mortor, all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering on fair faces of bricks surfaces or concrete surface in CM 1:4, finished even & smooth without extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only the Mild steel round bar 10 mm dia and over conforming Fe 410 - A for fixing to chain link fencing, all as specified & directed. Note - Fixing charges is included in the Item catered for Supply only the chain link fencing

M&L for painting with two coat of synthetic enemelled paints over a coat of red oxide including perparation of new steel surface and chain link fencing complete all as specified & directed. Note - Colour of paint will be approved by GE.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and avarage 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dence soil including removing the excavated and removing grass/weeds/hard cement concrete /stone etc and levelling neatly the excavated area for substation yard/providing PCC path etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - The rate shall be deemed to includes the cost of removing the grass, weeds, debris, excess soil etc to a distance not less tha 50 M and keeping the excavated surface clean and levelled all as directed.

Supply and spreading stone aggregate of size not exceeding 40 mm spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm to a true surface of broken stones for transformer and pole structure area, all as specified & directed.

Taking up of unserviceable cable of any size any type i.e laid in trenches or in duct/passed through pipes or fixed to wall/poles structure etc and making good as per existing requirement complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area120 sq mm 3 core, all as specified & directed.

Removing the excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exe 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified & direced.

M& L for Spreading ribbed soil in trenches as in cable cushioning all as per IS 1255-1983, all as specified & directed. Note :- (i) Excavated approved soil shall be ribbed by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS and refiiling in trenches before laying of cable 8 CM and 15 CM after laying of cable and than gently punned down the soil to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness only will be considered for paymet.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, classclass HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180 mm x 40mm for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection all as specified and directed.
