REPAIRS TO ROOF, RAIN WATER PIPE AND CONNECTED WORKS OF CERTAIN BUILDINGS OF ZONE B IN DRDO TOWNSHIP, MES QTRS, GE(I) OFFICE COMPLEX AND CHESS COMPLEX AT KANCHANBAGH, HYDERABAD

Demolition of cement concrete as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams stair cases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work, removal of rubbish and debris from site and deposited beyond the area of defence land by contractors own arrangement if failed Rs.500/- per day penality recovery from payment all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing roof treatment including tar felt/cement plaster/concrete tiles/stone slabs/brick tiles etc from roof surfaces including cleaning the surface and removing the debris from site and deposited beyond the area of defence land by contractors own arrangement if failed Rs.500/- per day penality recovery from payment complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding concrete, coving of vertical junctions on roof top incl dismantling old loose /cracked cement concrete complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm over the RCC slab and sides complete all as directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces on RCC roof slab and parapets mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement shall be carried out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured under separate item of this schedule.

Providing and applying brush applied water based PU dispersed polymer modified elastomeric liquid membrane, ShaliUrethane BTD White Color with Zero VOC to from the membrane in situ at site with 3 layers of monolithic, seam less finish having > 500% elongation. The first layer is to be apply primer Shaliprime BTD @200 Gms per sqm and shall act as the prime coat to fill in the cavities. This can be brush or roller applied. For spray application, using any airless spary system with recommended nozzle size at 30:1 at 2 bar pressure. Providing and applying the 2nd coat @ 1 kg per sqm using the soft brush, roller or Spray system with the recommended nozzle size on to the primed surface . Providing and applying 45 Gsm Fiber cloth over the 1st coat, when substrate till the coat is tacky. Providing and applying 3rd coat @ 1 kg per sqm to finish the application for a thickness of 1.2 mm membrane formed in place. The second coat should be applied perpendicular to the first coat for cross linkage and complete as per the specification and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed with ratio ( 1 part cement : 2 part fine sand : 4 parts stone chips n exc 6mm); set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in roofs with white cement & pigment, and cut and polished complete, on 15 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) as per the specification and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and sweeping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3) and making good in CM 1:3 after inserting membrane into the groove complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
