For the purposes of evaluation, the Aggregate of Capital Cost and Operation Cost asper Row 3 shall be considered. Authority does not expect GST to be applicable. Ifapplicable it will be payable at applicable rate over the above the total evaluated bidpriceuponbeingsatisfiedas to itsapplicabilitybut will notbe part of financialevaluationforcomparison of bids. ii. TheServices availed by the Operator from its own vendors for servicessuchasAMC, driver agency represent the Service Provider’s own costs and Authority shall not pay any or reimburse anysuchtaxes. iii. Authority retains the righttoexplore tax friendly options and arrangements with Operator as permittedunderlaw. iv. Each bidder must quote hiscapital Cost and perkm rates after through reading ofthisRFPdocument,DraftAgreementandResponsetoQueries/Amendmentdocuments, breakup between variable and fixed cost, detailed due diligence of the site, city conditions, passenger load and likely wear and tearofthebuses. v. The bidder shall be considered L1 only when the bidder will be lowest in both the above mentioned component vi. In case of rate variation the bidder shall be considered L1 whose total cost is found to be lowest.
