SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE OF 25 TPH SUGAR GRADER AS PER BELOW DETAILS:

Servicing and Maintenance of 25 TPH Sugar Grader, Make: International Combustion (IC) and its distributing Feeder (1 visit=2 Days). The scope of jobs includes: 1. Inspection of Grader for its performance. 2. Unplugging of the equipment’s before carrying out the maintenance. 3. Dismantling of Sugar Graders and accessories. 4.Inspect wiring and control systems for any signs of wear or malfunction. 5. Carry out the adjustment of the machine. 6. Refitting of Machine 7. Conducting Performance Trials of the Machine 8. Manufacturer’s Maintenance manual to be referred for detailed work scope. 9. Supervision of repair & maintenance and trials of Grader will be under HBL Management. 10. All Safety rules and regulations of the equipment & plant to be strictly followed.
