Providing and fixing Glass Reinforced Concrete (G.R.C) Screens in OUTER BORDER THICKNESS (50-60mm), approved size, pattern, design and color . The Screens should be made from ‘53 grade’ White Portland Cement manufactured by ‘JK Cement’ or equivalent, Quartz, Fine Silica Sand, Alkali Resistant Glass Fiber manufactured by ‘Saint Gobain’ or equivalent, Super Plasticizers manufactured by ‘BASF’ or equivalent, Polymers manufactured by ‘BASF’ or equivalent and U.V resistant Synthetic inorganic pigments should be used for pigmentation manufactured by ‘BAYFERROX (Germany)’ . The material casting should take place in Synthetic Rubber / FRP Mould manufactured by ‘Reckli’. Framework for fixing shall be paid separately. Note: The contractor shall submit samples, shop drawings for GRC Screens for approval before execution.

Providing and fixing following type of glass in aluminium/upvc/wooden doors and windows complete in all respect to the satisfaction of engineer incharge. Item is inclusive of any beading strip and other fixing arrangement. Clear area of glass visible shall be measured for payment.

Double Glazed Unit (outer: 6mm toughened with coating Face 2 - 12mm Air Gap - inner 6mm Clear Toughened) having light tansmission factor of 47%, external reflection-16, internal reflection-18, Solar Factor-0.22, U Value-1.5w/sqmt.-k. and shading co-efficient 0.25

Providing and Fixing UniStone CFP – Clay Façade Panelling system in approved shade, finish, size and in thickness of 15mm. The clay panels shall have Flexural Strength /Modulus of rupture ≥ 9 N/mm2 in accordance to IS 15622:2017 E ≤ 0,08 PERCENT (GROUP B IA) (CLAUSE 6) with breaking strength ≥ 550 N in accordance to IS 5622:2017. The panels should have water absorption ≤ 4 % in accordance to IS 13630 Part 6. The surface scratch hardness value i.e., Moh’s scale should be Minimum 6 in accordance to IS 13630 Part 13. The clay panels should have inherent properties of being resistant to stains and chemicals. The material should be Class I material in terms of reaction to fire in accordance to EN 13501-1 / ASTM E136. The entire system should be certified by an approved third-party structural consultant for a minimum structural proof load test with positive & negative wind pressure of minimum 5kPA.

The cladding panels shall be fixed on to existing cured plastered surface substrate wall treated with one or two coats of primer with appropriate Aluminium rectangular hollow section vertical members framework of 25mm X 50mm (2mm thick) of T6 allow grade, 63400 for Aluminium Substructure which shall be spaced out in accordance to the dimensions of the panel with minimum spacing of 600mm. The framework shall be attached through L shaped aluminium connectors of 25mm X 37mm(2mm thick) to the substrate walls. The manufactured panels shall have an evenly controlled factory –made groove for resting on to a continuous aluminium rail profiles throughout their length. The profiles are designed and manufactured for starter piece, intermediate and an inverted starter profile for the top piece. Aluminium rail profile shall ensure uniform and precision joints and shall be factory finished with Super Durable powered coated colour in approved RAL shade. All aluminium profiles, excluding substructure framework are duly treated with SDP (Super Durable Polyurethane Powder coating) under controlled factory premises conditions, where it is heat cured for 10 minutes @ 200°C object temperature on 4 stage PT chromated substrate for superior adhesion as per ASTM D 3359 with a warranty of 10 years against any fading under exterior conditions due to exposure of UV Sunlight, Harsh weather, and exterior conditions as per AAMA 620 specifications All fixtures, and screws shall be corrosion free i.e., all rail profiles, cleats to be used should be made of 6063 T6 alloy grade and all screws used should be of M/s Hilti, Worth, Klimas, Fischer & Patta or equivalent. The groove of the width can be chosen i.e., 1.7mm, 3mm, 6.5mm, 12.6mm or 20mm. The corners junctions to be neatly treated with adequate aluminium closed ‘L’ corner shaped pieces in required length in similar shade coated with factory finished Super Durable Powder, to the clay façade panel. Alternatively, the corners junctions can be treated as regular corner fixing or Mitred corner fixing. All fixing details and drawings to be provided by vendor and to be duly approved by Engineer in charge at project and the work to be carried out as per direction of the Engineer- in charge. Providing and applying exterior/interior grade texture coating made from Acrylic Copolymer resins combined with quartz, silica, mineral aggregates, synthetic inorganic pigments, bactericide, fungicides and various other additives in .5 to 1mm thickness having speading rate of 5 to 6 sqft per kg. Base Coat applied with brush or wool roller after diluting, Base Coat material with sufficient water. Final coat applied undiluted with trowel and then finished with acrylic trowel to obtain the specified groves complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing of glass reinforced concrete (G.R.C) slant roof exterior elevation tiles in approved shade in required size and thickness of 10mm with a tollerance factor of ±2 mm The material should consist of ’43’ grade Portland cement, reinforced with Alkali Resistant glass fiber and the pigmentation should be done with Ultra Violet Resistant exterior grade Pigment synthetic inorganic iron oxide pigments manufactured by ‘BAYFERROX. (Germany)’ or equivalent. . The pigmentation should be homogeneous and in accordance with British standard BS EN 12878:1999. The other additives should be fine washed graded quartz, super plasticizers and integrated water proofers agents and others. . The top surface of the tiles should be treated with acrylic lacquer resulting in top surface water absorption of less than 1% and water absorption of less than 8% by 24 hours immersion method. The beds where tiles are to be laid should be clean, debris free, wet and mopped. The tiles should be laid with cement mortar of 20mm thickness made with (1:3) Cement : Coarse Sand, adequate grooves should be maintained between 8-10mm using spacers and pointing work to be done with 1:3 ( Cement : Fine M-Sand) mix.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse M-Sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 300x300x9.8mm or more having water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse M-Sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of glass reinforced concrete (G.R.C) exterior paving tiles in approved shade in sizes of 300 mm x 300 mm 25mm thick, allowing variance or dimensional tolerance of ±5 mm in accordance with IS: 1237-1980. The tiles should be made with M-40 Grade concrete mix design i.e. the compressive strength of cube @ 28days should be equivalent to 400Kg/cm2. The material should consist of ’43’ grade Portland cement, reinforced with Alkali Resistant glass fiber and the pigmentation should be done with Ultra Violet Resistant exterior grade Pigment synthetic inorganic iron oxide pigments manufactured by ‘BAYFERROX. (Germany)’ or equivalent. The material casting or production should be done with PVC moulds on high vibration tables in factory controlled environment. The pigmentation should be homogeneous and in accordance with British standard BS EN 12878:1999. The tiles should be produced with high vibratory technology and their concrete mix design compressive strength should be of M-40 grade@28days. Over the plastered surface Supplying and applying ( MIXGUARD HR-5 or equivalent product of SIKA/ FOSROC/ BASF) cold applied elastomeric water proof membrane over the prepared surface, prepare a base surface stabilizing primer (MIXPRIME AC100 @ 2 : 1 : 3 (MIXPRIME AC100 : WATER : OPCEMENT) and apply directly (@ 1KG/SQM) along with MIXMAT GFM-50 at an overlapping of 50mm minimum After a curing period of 3-4 hours prepare and apply MIXPRIME AC @ over at a consumption of 250ML/SQM. After curing of 3-4 hours apply a coat of MIXGUARD HR – intermediate elastomeric water proof coat at consumption of 0.5KG/SQM. After a curing time of 4-5 hours apply MIXGUARD HRXtra - Micro fibre reinforced high tensile top coat at consumption of 0.5KG/SQM. Leave 72 hours time for complete system curing. Total build up DFT of the system will be 1700 microns.

The rate also inclusive of applying a layer of cementitious coating Cement : SBR 1:1 ratio over the wall floor junction before applying coving. d) Supply and applying PU moist cured- Supplying and laying single component PU system using spray application only with MC-HYPERDESMO or equivalent product of SIKA / BASF/ ASIAN PAINT / FOSROC is a one component polyurethane fluid which cures with the humidity in the atmosphere. It produces a highly elastic membrane with strong adhesion to many types of surfaces. It is based on pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resin plus special inorganic fillers, which result in excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV and natural element resistance properties. Apply with airless spraying in two, at least, coats with minimum total consumption of 1.5-1.8 kg/m2 or as specified by the manufacturer. The rate inclusive of necessary surface preparation to receive the waterproofing coating etc., complete. e)Ponding test by storing water for a minimum depth of 20 cm and the water to be retained for not less than 48 hours or as required by engineer in charge to ascertain any leakage. Necessary repair / grouting to be done free cost to arrest any leakage observed. f)Geotextile:- Supply and apply a polyester based geotextile protection fleece. Product: Sarnafelt® 300 or equivalent approved by IITM.
